I won't go into it. What was an enjoyable departure from the usual dealer interactions, Anthony made me feel at home. No pressure, just wanted to understand what I was looking for. I really didn't know as my wife had yet to engage in looking into her next car, but that day we established what turned-out to be the right dealer/customer relationship. I will not go anywhere else for a Toyota again.
2023 BMW 540 review
I purchased this car used. It had 35,000 miles when I got it. So far, it’s been a delight. It has reasonable power for what it is (a family sedan). Handling is crisp. There are three drive modes, Econo, Comfort and Sport. The Sport Mode is adjustable to fit your preferred driving style. I haven’t owned a BMW since I had a 2003 E46 330. The 540 is considerably larger, but it doesn’t drive like it. Granted, it has less feel in the steering, and the ride is smoother. But it’s still unmistakably a BMW. It’s definitely geared towards the driver. This car is relaxing to drive. A real pleasure.

2024 BMW 430 review
Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

2024 BMW X7 review
Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in. Handles very well, accelerates very fast and does not feel like you are driving that fast. Gas mileage has averaged 22 mpg. I like that the X7 has a third row and many features to it and really like using the My BMW app instead of carrying a key with me. There is a lot of technology in the X7 which takes time to understand on how to use.

2017 BMW X1 review
This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.

I'm not an easy customer, I blow in and out of the service depart like it's a pit stop at Detroit Grand Prix. Tonight I realized I had forgotten to grab my spare house key. My service advisor had ask me earlier that morning, "do you need any of these keys" and I said 'no' thinking I had a spare. Not so and now, after normal business hours, I was locked out of my home. Perplexed as to if I call a locksmith, a local hotel or a friend for a night on their sofa... I contacted BMW of Rochester Hills via social media to let them know of my precarious situation. Within minutes they had contacted me back, circled the wagons and found a solution. Not only did they rise far beyond expectations, later that evening they proactively reached out to confirm I had made it home safely. That is customer service! The team at BMW of Rochester Hills recognizes that completing a transaction (be it sales or service) isn't the end but part of the process of building a long term relationship with a customer. They are truly committed to delivering top notch service and genuinely care that your needs are addressed. I did my initial inquiry via email exchange. The client advisor was excellent, answered all questions promptly and never once pressured me. I was skeptical of the "no haggling" at first, but after some research they were by far the best deal in 5 nearby states. I drove 3 1/2 hrs across state to do a test drive and they were true to all info presented. Fantastic pre-owned car, great customer service...so I bought it. They worked everything out so I did not have to do multiple trips.
2023 BMW X3 review
Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

First was 1996.1.9L.best experience seating in the trunk.currently another z3.2.8.almost 200k mikes.runs like new.doesnt burn one drop of oil.plenty of power.no cry baby bout valve cover or piwer steering leak.nor oil filter housing leak.car is trouble free.and its not a miata.

2012 BMW 650 review
This was my 5th BMW but my first 6 Series and clearly the most fun car I have ever owned. I bought my 2007 650 Convertible pre-owned (1 previous owner) with 19K miles in 2010. Here I am over 13 years later and at 225K miles (yes, you are reading that right)... and still in love. I have taken very good care of it and did do an engine replacement a few years ago at 180K miles with a preowned engine because of the smoke exhaust, but was well worth it because I was not nearly ready to let this car go. At the time I believed that was either going to end up being the worst decision I have ever made...or the best. Feeling good about that $8K right now because the car is truly a joy to drive and rides like new. One caution: the run flat tires are VERY fragile and VERY expensive (over $500 per tire). If you are buying this car from a dealer I highly recommend purchasing the BMW wheel and tire warranty program or plan on replacing those tires with a quality non-run flat tire. Magnificent styling with great lines and a quality ride. Have fun!

I bought a 2020 Tesla Model X at Baha after seeing it on Cars.Com. The listed price was really good so the only issue was the value of my trade-in. Mason made me a reasonable offer after I emailed pictures, then emailed me a Bill of Sale so I knew all the costs before I arrived. When I got there they took my 2016 Tesla Model S for a test drive and upped their trade-in offer by $2000 without any negotiation by me. They look like a typical corner used car lot with cars packed in, but they have a lot of nice cars. They listed my trade-in at a very attractive price. It will be a great deal for someone. Pro Tip: If you're coming from the north, don't get off I-94 at Cicero. Take the next exit east and enjoy a more relaxing drive to North Avenue.
2026 BMW M5 review
Excellent engineering and styling in the '26 M5 Touring. Excellent handling. Missing are massaging seats and soft close doors for a vehicle in this price range. Wish there were softer suspension options. Beautiful vehicle and the Touring turns heads, as does the sedan
