2002 BMW Z3 review
2002 BMW Z3 Coupe (clown shoe) owner. Could be happier with my car. It’s a non-M model (only bmw that factory made more M than non-M models). I’ve got 188k miles on the dial. Truly a blast to drive. It’s quick and light, handles great and different than most cars on the road. People ask me what it is all the time. The coupe has been reliable and no major issues, just maintenance. I’ve owned it 4 years, mainly my daily driver. I’ve put about 40k miles on it. Great for short trips and canyon runs. Lots of room for groceries, I’m 6 ft tall and it’s a comfortable fit.

2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

From the first time we stepped into the dealership back in October 2013 we felt welcomed by everyone we made contact with. In particular we'd like to point out the receptionist made an immediate positive impression. Very friendly, personal and appeared genuinely interested in our needs. We met Paula Louis on our first visit in the dealership and became very comfortable with her assisting us in our search for a new vehicle. She seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in looking at but did not pressure us in any way to make up our minds before we were ready. Unfortunately or fortunately we decided we were most interested in the new 2014 Highlander, which Toyota was still in the process of making improvements on. So Paula let us know the dealership would not have the new models in to look at until the beginning of the year. In the end we were glad we waited. When the new vehicles arrived in late January, Paula was prompt to call and spent all the time we needed to help us make the right decision on which upgrades would best meet our needs. She expertly pointed out differences in capabilities and offered helpful suggestions. When it came down to dickering over the purchase price, there really wasn't any. We came in with what we understood should be a reasonable final offer based on calculations and loan interest rates provided by USAA. Paula personally had not dealt with this process before, but willingly presented the numbers to the principles who would make the final decision. We were pleasantly pleased to see they came back willing to match or beat our offer. Deal done. From there Paula expertly took us through every detail of ordering the vehicle and completing the basic paperwork. Again we had to wait about thee weeks for delivery, but it seemed worth the wait. During closing, Matt Mohan walked us through the purchasing and financing process in minimum time and then Paula spent all the time we required to get to know the uniqueness's of our Highlander and even help us set up some of the electronics like cell phone blue tooth connections and personal seating adjustments. Overall, we would rate our experience with Newbold as exceptional. Thanks for making this a pleasant event for us.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! I acquired a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 4Matic from a dealership located in Chesterfield, MO. Initially, the vehicle was delivered without a temporary number plate; however, I contacted Mr. Drew, and they promptly dispatched the temporary plates via FedEx overnight. In addition to providing the plates, they also assured reimbursement of the shipping expenses as a gesture of customer appreciation. I sincerely valued their considerate gesture. Initially, I was pretty frustrated due to the absence of temporary plates and a low feedback rating. Still, I subsequently recognized the extensive efforts made by the dealership, which prompted me to revise my feedback.
2025 BMW X3 review
I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

I was looking at buying a 2014 Toyota Corolla and Willie was the 1st person I talked to at the dealership. There was absolutely no pressure from the start of the conversation to even buy the vehicle. Before we even talked about anything sales wise he recommended that I take a look at the car and test drive it before anything to make sure it was everything I wanted. Even during the test drive, we didn't talk about buying the car, it was just a normal conversion. After test driving the vehicle I needed to think about it and even then Willie never tried to keep me at the dealership to try and buy the car. He followed up with me a few days later to see how everything was going and even put the car on hold for me so no one else would take it/buy it. I ended up not buying the vehicle this time, after thinking about it for a few days. Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

2025 BMW X1 review
Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! 2022 BMW X3 review
It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.
