BEST customer service ever! Todd Ritter and his team are the best. Treated me and my Mom the best out of multiple dealerships. No pressure and very knowledgeable of product. The other dealerships did not take us seriously because we were women and did not know their product or didn't have a lot of inventory on the lot. I will definitely be referring them and go back when I need to upgrade. :-)
I dealt with Kevin in service for the first time ever and he was super easy to work with, very commutative and in fact based upon this interaction I will be using this dealership over the one I am currently using.
I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.
I bought a car from Bentley dealer in Las Vegas few years ago. The customer service was great. Me and my wife received the same type of customer service here couple days ago when we bought a car for my wife. Everything was smooth. Daniel our sales rep and Craig the sales manager were both great. So was everyone else. Craig would find excuse after excuse to give us better deal after deal after deal and after deal. The only thing was left is to just give us the car for free.
I also love the fact that sales people are cool with eacother. Every other dealer we been to we found that it's a cut throat style between all the sales reps. Not here though. Other sales people would find an excuse to talk to us or ask us questions while our sales person was down on his knees making sure the car was shiny enough and cleaning every little thing on it.
While I am a Mercedes Guy. I will keep the new NSX in mind!

Service representative, Sarah L, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained all of the repairs that were done, which were all recall issues. Additionally there was some explanations of additional work done that I was not aware of or had requested. The technician noticed a faulty module which controls the lights and some other electrical functions. He replaced it and reset the controls, without it being done art of the work order.

I purchased my 335i at Roseville BMW from this dealership eight years ago, and continue to return for service. This visit was in response to an urgent recall notice. I was impressed with their persistence to get my attention and schedule an appointment immediately. As always, my service advisor, Chris, was helpful, friendly, and "on it." My car was repaired, washed, and ready for me to pick up on schedule.
excellent, timely, efficient service. shaun was very helpful and even informed us that our bmw had a recall to replace some motor wiring. he added that service too and all was completed in one appointment! we also received a 10% discount on the battery installation. great deal.
New auto purchases can be difficult or easy, my experience was difficult. I was asking for as price match of an offer I received at another dealership nut the wrong color. They fumbled around, stalled, and finally made an offer far from reasonable. After 3 1/2 hours I went to another dealership, got my price, and completed the purchase quickly.
Sales rep Nathan Scott listened to what I wanted in a car, and showed a number of different models and options. This was a major purchase for me, one I had not made for a couple of decades. I felt like I had good advice, without undue pressure. He, manager Albert Palmer, and CFS Dominick D'Aurizio worked with me to get finance terms better than what I thought were possible going in, including reaching out to credit unions that could offer a lower rate than would otherwise be available. I was happy with the service.
I helped my parents look for a vehicle and came across a 2012 Mercedes GLK350 that they really liked. The car had about 42K miles on it and was in immaculate condition. They've owned the car now for over a year and it has been flawless. The gentleman in the office helped with financing and while we were just looking at the vehicle he allowed us to browse without breathing down our necks. He actually stayed back by the showroom doors until we waved him down. It's hard to find used car dealers like this that don't have to try and cover up things to sell their cars. We've had that experience before elsewhere. These guys don't play that type of bs. They actually care about their reputation.
I purchased a car today from justbettercars.com. Dave Stratton was the salesman I was working with. I walked in with a very bad credit score but a large down payment. I test drove a 2016 Nissan Rogue, they let me drive it all the way to foresthill and back to pick up my dad for moral support. After falling in love with it. Dave personally drove me to the bank to cash my $8,200 check for my down payment I got cold feet. My paperwork had already been written up and handshakes made but I was worried about having another large car payment. Dave then allowed me to look at other options, I test drove 2 other cars, a Mazda 3 and a Hyundai Elantra. After deciding on the Elantra and once again shaking hands on a a deal I got cold feet. I was ready to walk out but Dave convinced me to go talk to the finance manager. In the end the finance manager was able to take my interest down by 8% and my payment down by $50 per month. I’ve only owned the car for 4 hours but the patience Dave (although he got a bit testy in the end, but understandably so, he had spent the whole day with me) and the whole team had was great.
