I was greeted by sweet ladies at the front desk, and from there, it just got better. They all worked together as a team. Even the financing and signing went smoothly. My client advisor/salesman was Kade Gross, and he gave me the red carpet treatment. I appreciate that Kade was kind and patient with me. He took the time to listen to my wants and needs and made sure I was satisfied with my new BMW. Paul Florio is a literal genius when it comes to all things technology in your new BMW! He guided me through the entire process of how to connect my phone to my Apple Car Play in my new car with ease, and made sure I was comfortable operating all of it! Ultimately, we chose a different vehicle at another dealership that was closer to us. However, it was a very pleasant experience dealing with them over email and text. Joe answered all of my questions honestly and to my satisfaction. We would have chosen their vehicle/dealership if it hadn't been for a small issue with the out of state sales tax credit policy.
