2023 BMW X5 review
Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

2012 BMW 328 review
I always love BMWs. This is my favorite and most reliable. It's a 2012 with 90k miles and is experiencing only "older car" issues. Love the ease of the top and the size is perfect for me. Warning: be careful of servicing at dealerships. My top was stuck up. Dealership told me $3500 to fix. My regular mechanic told me it was only a little plastic piece and replaced for $0. Dealership: Fermin BMW in Palm Harbor, FL. Avoid them.

2015 BMW 328 review
I bought my 328i over 6 years ago with just a little over 35,000. I now have 105,000 on. It's a blast to drive. It was very reliable until I reached close to the 100k. Around 96,000 miles the oil pan gasket started to leak. Had to get it repaired ($600 - $700). Not too long there after, the valve cover started to leak oil ($700-$800). Started to get a check engine light around 105,000 miles - thermostat housing needed replacing ($428.00). After some research, I found that the water pump would also fail shortly after the thermostat, replaced it with thermostat ($1,049). After inspection, it looks like engine mounts needing replacing ($390). Hopefully, this is it for now. High mileage BMW's expenses will start to add up. Otherwise, fun car to drive if you are will to invest additional $$$ to keep it running

Been using this dealer since I moved to the area in Nov 2015 to service my TSX Sportwagen. Very friendly service dept. The service dept is always straightforward and up front with me and also doesnt recommend service work that isn't needed. The only issue I've had which really is not in their control is my passenger airbag is under the Takata air bag recall but they don't have the part for it and can't get any date from Acura for it. I ended up trading my car for this reason and because I wanted an all wheel drive. Mr James Merrill worked with me on a used RDX and then a used MDX which I ended up buying. I also traded in my TSX Sportwagen. Got a decent price not what I ultimately wanted but they made some compromises. James is a great sales guy, low pressure, easy to work with and thorough, answered all of my questions was straightforward and honest throughout the process. Brian Savo handled the initial paperwork and Brian Shepard handled the final paperwork and was very efficient friendly and had a sense of humor. I highly recommend both of them and this dealership for sales and service.
2023 BMW M2 review
The G87 M2 is fantastic. It's the best BMW of the 9 I've had over the years. The engine is amazing, the suspension fantastic, and the car is light and nimble. The manual transmission is much better than I expected.

2026 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
I had casually considered electric cars the last few years and this year took a hard look at electric options, specifically BMW i4 xdrive 40. I couldn't be more pleased with the "electrifing" power of the i4, which seems faster than my two previous M340s. BMW offers the advanatages of an electric vehicle with its trademark high performance and sporty handling. Every friend who has test drove my i4 has been VERY impressed.

2015 BMW X3 review
This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

2014 BMW X3 review
This vehicle has has taken my wife and me cross-country, as well as several other long distance trips, with a sum total of only one flat tire and no other mechanical, nor electrical issues at all! Any repairs have been moderate and frankly expected given the high number of miles (150,000 so far) on it. I expect to keep it for another year and a half.

It was a bit rocky in the beginning, but we've had to take our Tesla in and out of the shop since we received it. However, "JOHN" in the service department has been amazing so far! We're currently waiting on a tire and wheel alignment once we get the car back from Tesla. I would highly recommend this dealership without hesitation! I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!
2023 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
My I4edrive has dazzling performance as you would expect from a Bmw and it is the smoothest and quietest car I have ever driven. It is a wonderful and flawless electric car.

2024 BMW X5 review
This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

2018 BMW M3 review
BMW's, specifically M series can sometimes get a bad rep for reliability and the markup in service cost if out of warranty. This couldn't be further from the truth...I've owned two f80 M3s and these things are extremely well-engineered and other than the random crankhub issues (typically caused by loose crankbolts from the factory or bad tunes that on-ramp torque too quickly) these cars are bullet-proof. I've put over 70,000 miles on this chassis and have had ZERO headaches, zero mechanical surprises and nothing but a xxxx eating grin from ear to ear each and every time I drive one. BMW did a knockout job mechanically and cosemetically with this generation F8X M3 and they've prooven to hold-up against the test of time. With petrol engines being phased out, this car is sure to continue to hold it's value!!!
