I have purchased 2 vehicles from Melbourne, BMW from Denis Desousa and it was pleasurable experience both times. The service department is the best I have experienced at ANY dealership, Fast, Reliable and Friendly. I will be looking to purchase another BMW in around 2 years and will continue to go back to Melbourne BMW.
Frank Randolfi, client advisor, and Mundy Burruezo, general Manger, made my buying experience a pleasure. They were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the selection and purchasing process. The car was ordered and delivered on schedule. If I need another BMW I will be calling on them.
During our daughters recent visit from CT, her new BMW was mentioned and how much she loved it and suggested we check them out. After dropping her off at the Orlando Int'l Airport early one afternoon for her return flight home, I asked my wife if she'd like to stop in at Melbourne BMW as it wasn't that far out of our way home. We stopped in and while searching their inventory of BMW's we met Salesperson Steve Tillman. Steve was very courteous, answered our questions relative to an X1 model, which we were interested in and was very accommodating in offering us a test drive. We were impressed with this car and advised of our interest to trade our SUV for the X1. Without any pressure, a deal was worked out with Steve and his boss Mundy Burruezo which was accommodating to both parties. As a result, my wife and I agreed that was one of the most pleasurable car purchases we ever made. After we got the car home, we realized that our X1 didn't have GPS, I called Mundy and advised him that we were not pleased with the lack of GPS, Mundy told us that he wanted us to be happy and that he would find another X1 with GPS and work out an exchange however, we liked the color combo of our X1 so much that we thanked Mundy for being so accommodating and that his efforts helped us make our decision to keep our original X1 and we love it. Thanks Steve and Mundy for being such gentlemen.
I was very pleased with their non-aggressive sales approach. There is nothing worse than pushing sales people. All of them were very pleasant and worked well to get my son into the car he wanted. The car is in excellent condition, they even provided the carfax with all maintenance records back to the original purchase. Overall very pleased with our experience with not only the sales staff but also the general manager and owner. Would definitely recommend them to friends and loved ones.
I saw an ad for a 2014 Genesis Coupe with 52k miles the night before I went in. The next day I called them up and was greeted by Patrick, I asked if I could come in and see the car and I was told that it was okay. I arrived maybe 3 or 4 hours later and saw the car, it was in great condition. Took it for a spin with Patrick and when we came back I was ready for paperwork. I ended up buying the car and traded in my 2018 Civic LX with only 6800 miles, I was pleased when they gave me some room with my positive equity on the car. Usually used car dealerships are pretty scummy when it comes to trade ins. Another thing is that they financed me through Launch, which is local to my area in Palm Bay, so it's nice that the banks they do business with are reputable. I'm very happy with the car. Patrick and Todd were genuinely nice dudes, weren't aggressive about their sales tactics. One thing that I should mention though, if you come here, you're buying a used car. Especially if it's a sports car, come in with the mindset that it needs all fluids replaced/topped as well as some parts. The engine bay makes a slight clicking/cricket noise upon closer inspection so I'm going to perform maintenance on it as well as take it to the local Hyundai dealership to investigate. My own research suggested that the fuel injectors that Hyundai's GDi engine makes that noise and is normal on all of them, but better safe than sorry. My Genesis Coupe actually has factory warranty on it for another 15 months/9k miles, it's almost unheard of at used car lots, so I'm definitely going to take advantage of that.
