Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

I recently bought a 2014 BMW X5 from Hue - he was very attentive and helpful. I had a 3rd party inspection completed prior to purchasing and they gave good marks for the car. I have received many compliments on how new the car looks despite being over 10 years old. The owner, Kal, offered top-dollar for our trade-in and even offered us fair money for an older car. Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Great selection of used luxury cars. They have everything from Mercedes to aston martins. Will definitely be back

I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! We purchased a fleet vehicle that had some ac issues and transmission problems. Carmax jumped right into correcting the issues and provided a rental car each time. I will definitely purchase from here again.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I emailed and called Kayalar Motors regarding their advertised pre-owned FIAT 500 car. Murat took my phone call and was friendly and helpful but not pushy, which I appreciated. He answered my questions. Thereafter, I received two follow-up emails from both Murat and Abbey who were located at two different Kayalar Motors' dealerships. Abbey was very considerate and referred me to Murat since the vehicle I wanted was located at his dealership. Overall, I was very impressed with Kayalar Motors and am currently in the process of procuring a loan with intentions to buy a car from Murat. This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.
