I've worked with Neil since 2004 when I purchased a new Mercedes. He was great then and 22 years later he's still great and I would recommend him to anyone.
2016 BMW 750 review
This is a very comfortable vehicle. However, the plastic on the driver's seat, covering the seat 💺 controls will detach from the seat. Nevertheless, it's a wonderful automobile to own.

Mountain View Ford review
I hate leaving reviews but car dealers have a excessive desire for them, made apparent by the numerous emails requesting them. So, here it is?. Overall it was a positive experience. Our salesman was friendly and personable. He answered the questions we threw at him and we communicated via text after leaving the dealership. The buying process was quick and easy especially since we paid with cash. It was a used car that we bought and there were some lights that were burnt out but that didn?t bother me because I replaced them all with newer brighter ones. Really my only gripe was that we only received one key fob with the car. We discovered this when we were finalizing the deal. So right out of the gate I have to take the time to have one made for an additional two to three hundred dollars. They did tell me that they have a guy that comes around and makes them at the dealership. My question is why didn?t they do that already? No dealership should sell a car without supplying two keys. I?m still leaving a five star review because the buying process was a pleasure and everyone involved was great to deal with. I?ll definitely consider them in the future for my next car purchase.
2021 BMW M850 Gran Coupe review
Beautiful and sporty design. Very Technologically advanced. Full of comfort and safety features. More luxurious thank I imagined. There was a great amount of innovation invested in giving the driver a powerful driving experience. Masters the road and the design is aero dynamic.

Car is fun to drive. Acceleration is amazing. This is not a car you need it’s a car you want. It is a little low to the ground and the low profile tires were a challenge on NE roads.

Capital ToyotaReviews
Capital Toyota review
I went to Capital Toyota with the idea of buying a new car. However, after working with Brandon Dale I decided to purchase a previously owned RAV4 Hybrid. Dale (as he goes by) was the reason! He was genuine, funny, knowledgeable and did not (I mean DID NOT) push me in any way to buy a car immediately. He had me drive the car I eventually bought and also a new one. He let me make all the decisions and was actually the nicest young man I have ever encountered at a car dealership. After the sale he helped me with the technology of setting CarPlay up and then one more time when I came back and had more technology questions. I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed the experience of working with Dale. He gives ”used car salesmen” a very bad rap. Lol He was the epitome of genuine and easy going. Thanks, Dale, for helping me choose a car I love!

I've Purchased many cars in my life but never had the top notch sales like I received at Long Mercedes. Thank you James for being so Professional.
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

2019 BMW 330 review
Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

Manny was an exceptionally helpful and exceptional salesman. He demonstrated remarkable politeness and patience, ensuring that all my needs were met. He consistently returned my calls day and night. You took the time to ensure that I fully comprehended the situation and kept me informed throughout the process. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend hiring at least ten salesmen like him, as they consistently meet and exceed expectations. Manny never complained and ensured that I received everything I requested. He would always take the time to assist me, making him one of the best salesmen I have ever encountered. I would be delighted to collaborate with him again. The company should be proud to have such a talented salesman. He’s the best

I love my Tucson. I've had no bad experiences with Tootie the Tucson. Minor problems are repaired as soon as the problems are presented. I take my breakfast to the service center and settle down until my car is ready. I seldom wait long.

I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.
2017 BMW 330 review
The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

Prestige Cars of Chattanooga review
As a long time Chevrolet owner my first Impala was a 1968 2 dr notch roof which i brought from New Jersey. The second one was a 2008 four door that we bought from Prestiege and was a great vehicle with no issues and we had it for eleven years. Now we purchased this spectacular 2016 Impala that has all the bells and whistles and we love it as well. The guys at Prestiege Cars are the best in Chattanooga and will go the distance to make sure you are COMPLEATLY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE . Thanks Again
2020 BMW 530 review
This car did meet all my requirements in a new car. It has the power and speed of the M series. The ride and handling are exceptional. The interior styling with blue stitching on the black leather is a class-act.

Experience was top notch. I was impressed by the dealership. I would certainly recommend the dealer, and the brand, to my friends. The car I purchased is truly amazing.

CarMax NorcrossReviews
CarMax Norcross review
Hands down this was the most pleasant and stress free car buying experience EVER! My senior sales consultant was Shenita Monroe at Carmax Norcross , who was an excellent salesperson to buy my 2015 Subaru Outback car from . Highly professional , courteous and detailed , are the words that come to mind to describe her exemplorary customer service style . We initially enquired about the vehicle online and discovered it was at the Kennesaw Carmax location . She immediately requested a transfer so that within 24 hours we could conveniently test drive and finally purchase the car. She is the real deal and we can't recommend her enough . Please make this woman a sales manager !! 5 STARS...

2022 BMW 540 review
I purchased the 540i xDrive with shadowline package in March 2022. The exterior is absolutely beautiful, The vehicle handles very well. Excellent acceleration. I love the option to be able to switch driving element from economy, comfort or sport. Driver assist works great; even on curves. There’s not much back seat room to move your feet, or if you have big feet, but overall a very comfortable vehicle. I can’t think of any other luxury sedan I’d select over it.
