Vehicle Clearing House review
We cannot say enough good things about Rick Knapp and Vehicle Clearing House! Rick has helped us both buy a ‘new-to-us’ car and sell our previous vehicle, and each experience has been absolutely seamless. His communication is outstanding—he keeps you informed every step of the way and always makes sure you feel confident in the process. Not only does he offer fair pricing, but he also takes all the stress out of buying or selling a car. Rick truly makes the experience easy and enjoyable. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for our car needs, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a hassle-free, trustworthy way to buy or sell a vehicle!

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

It is due to my age the ultimate driving machine, the performance and fuel efficiency are fantastic it is what you expect from a BMW. The only thing I don’t have anything good to say is the ultra expensive of the dealers maintenance cost unless you have some really good mechanic to see your car and retired that I am you spend a fortiune paying for service no other complain.

This was my third purchase from there. So obviously I am a happy camper. The Salesman Will was amazing and where else can you get concierge service like this, the managing partner drove me back home to grab my title and when I brought up a prior deal issue over a deposit on a vehicle he actually listened and took care of it. I can tell you that the changes at Falcon Motor Group are on point. The owners care and will keep buying cars there. Will walked me through the Bentley Speed over and over, no pressure sales and after extensive driving I realized it was the car for me. Two Lamborghinis and a Bentley from Falcon and I can tell you I feel better today about buying a fourth. They are Stand Up people and surely stand out in the crowd. Thanks again Will and Eric for taking the time and building the relationship.

Drew Koba in the Parts Department is such an asset to the company. I have used him for years and would recommend him and this dealership to anyone. He is personable and extremely professional. It is almost as though you think you are talking to your long-lost friend. As a business, he is the type of employee you want. He keeps me, and I am sure others, coming back again and again.

2016 BMW M3 review
I bought this 2016 Mineral white M3 Dct fully loaded with every option except extended leather in 2017 with 6000 miles on the clock. The car has been an exhilarating joy to own and nothing compares to it in its price range. Sure you can buy a Camaro, Dodge or a Mustang for less money but neither have the interior, body design, or finesse the M3 has. The DCT is second only to Porsche's PDK. Yes, I've owned and driven a lot of cars to make these comparisons. Reliability and maintenance 40k miles later has been a positive because things do not break as long as you are routine about your maintenance intervals, but remember this is a BMW so maintenance is not cheap. Would I buy again? Without a second thought I would as I prepare for purchase and the release of the G80 M3 Awd in 2021. Something the M3 is in need of due to torque of the rear wheel drive F80.

The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

Best experience I ever had leasing a vehicle. Brooke, my salesperson, was very attentive to my needs and professional throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. The entire transaction took place online and by phone, without even stepping into the dealership, due to COVID-19. Brooke, Jeff, Zach and Barbara (from sales, finance and delivery) all worked together as a winning team to provide me with the most affordable, comfortable, easy and pleasant ride possible. Best of all, issue free! I highly recommend this dealership and Brooke to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. Thank you Starling!

2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

Lexus of Orlando review
My sale person Mei was awesome. I went to other Lexus dealers and in Orlando they know how to tread a customer and ensure I was satisfied with the purchase. Great experience!
2020 BMW 530 review
This car did meet all my requirements in a new car. It has the power and speed of the M series. The ride and handling are exceptional. The interior styling with blue stitching on the black leather is a class-act.

So well designed, engineered, and manufactured, just an awesome sedan, well worth it! CPO purchase means great warranty and at the same time avoiding a 40% depreciation if bought new!

Gravity Autos Jacksonville review
I traded in my old car with some body damage and expected a low offer. They were fair and honest about its value. The whole process felt respectful rather than like a negotiation battle. I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat.
