I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Anthony Gianocaro was very helpful for this service appointment that I had. He was thorough in explaining the process of what needed to be done. I had a nail in my tire and I had the tire and wheel protection. He made sure that when I made my appointment that they had those tires in stock when I came to my appointment. He actually confirmed with me a day or two ahead of time that if you order the tires, and actually the day of the appointment confirmed the tires were there and ready for installment. Anthony also made sure to explain that since my wheels were very clean that there would be some lubricant applied in the process of installing the new tire to the wheel which could make a mess. Between Anthony and the technician that installed the tires, they made sure that the lubricant that was used to install the wheels was cleaned up really well. Anthony also made sure that my wheel locks were returned back to my glove box where they were stored. I really appreciate the level of customer service that I received for this appointment. 10/10 Excellent!

Awesome to drive. Smooth around curves. Barely feel bumps in the road. Most comfortable seats ever had. Solid. Beautiful interior and exterior! Easy to park. Lots of room!

I came here 3 times to get and help my peoples to get a new car. All 3 times I’ve had Ahmed help me and all 3 times he never failed to help me walk out of here with a brand new car. They are very professional, and efficient - moving me in, processing and out when dropping my car for service. The only thing I was a tad disappointed with, was the car wash at the end of my service (I always look forward to that little perk) after paying for service, it's a nice perk, and ends the experience with a most positive feel. After mentioning I was excited to see clean car after service, I noted that it was quickly run through the car wash (no wiping of the remaining insect/bird droppings and no wiping inside the car, and no vacuuming of the trunk which really needed it. Other than that, the car seems to be serviced fine.

Mansour was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was very attentive and walked us through the entire process. And he has also been very responsive on follow up questions and issues.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.
