2024 BMW iX review
Purchased CPO 2024 and got a great deal so I didn’t pay the new car price, but WHAT A CAR! Best EV IMO but I love driving it. It’s a unique car. I initially disliked the front grill, but what’s cool is the self-healing aspect so no chips. Gets great range, and the assist pro driving is incredible. I only wish it had paddle shifters, fog lights, and handles above the door. Of course it’s overengineered as BMWs are, but it’s a great daily driver and road trip worthy. Two months in and no regrets.

Star Motor Cars review
This is my second time buying a Mercedes from Star Motors Used car dealership. Tony helped me with my first car, and Justin the Used Car Manager helped me with the second one. I purchased the second one today and I am extremely happy. The Used Car Team is extremely kind, and professional. Justin made sure all of my needs were met, and the experience was grand. He always makes me feel like I’m important and my satisfaction matters. Thank you Justin, you are a class act.
2022 BMW X6 M review
Excellent drive. Extreme technology but apparently the chip shortage made Bmw stop the wireless phone charging from being standard. It’s not an obvious option to choose it because ALL literature and videos suggests that it’s standard. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise, the eco pro mode may be a waste of technology for bmw drivers. We like power. So the option to save 10 miles on a full tank isn’t that helpful when you lose all power.

I recently bought a Mercedez S550 from Justin Seureau . The entire sales and after sales process was very professional, pleasant, and efficient. I am really happy with the service i recieved. It felt like family the way they took care of me. Justin, the sales director, helped to guide me to the car and test driving it I ended up buying; and also took his time to explain many features of the car; and Chad a very smiling face made the financial part pleasant and quick. if you want the best buying experience of buying a luxury car, go see Justin , and he will make you feel great about your choice to buy your car. They have the best well maintained cars i would recommend this dealership to everyone. They have owned my business for life and i will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family as well. Thanks again Justin for your excellent customer service.

BMW MINI of Clear Lake review
Excellent service as usual. Great experience for a number of years. Prompt and courteous service from my new Service Advisor David Tyson. and their Service Manager Fidel Garza, for the record this dealership never disapots. I would highly recommend BMW of Clear Lake for "anyone’s" BMW service needs or purchase.
2024 BMW X3 review
Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

Lourdes ?Lulu? in the service department is the reason I?m a BMW buyer. Her level of care and professionalism is what sold me on the brand and on Advantage BMW Midtown. Every time I bring in my M4, she?s warm, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is handled right. She explains what?s going on with the car clearly, keeps me updated throughout, and follows through on everything she promises. Great service is what keeps people loyal, and Lulu is the definition of it. She makes every visit easy and stress-free, and I wouldn?t take my car anywhere else. If you?re coming in for service, ask for Lulu. Advantage BMW Midtown is lucky to have her!
2026 BMW X5 review
I got the 2026 X40 with off road package and lots of tech about $83k. I have about 2400 miles on it in two months. I also got tow package and several tech options like advanced driver. Here are my observations thus far. Positive and favorite things: 1. Ride. I clearly remember going on the test drive and really, I did not want to stop. The ride was amazingly smooth and quiet and 2400 miles later I still feel the same way. You will want to go ten miles away when you have to grab that gallon of milk for the family just for the drive, lol. The off road package has air suspension and all 4 tires are same size, not staggered like most BMW’s. It also has steel plate underneath. 2. Towing. Got a boat, camper or trailer? This is your go-to. I pull a 3500lb camper, figure 4000lb loaded. It is downright easy and stable and I ow in the Rockies. Won’t need sway or weight distribution unless you’re closer to your 7200lb limit. You’ll need a special cable to convert BMW power which is pulsed to steady so the trailer rear view camera works. 3. Half hatch. I never knew about this but love it. Keeps stuff in the back and if you tow the hatch will not hit your power Jack on the front of the trailer which happens with full length hatches ( I had two Hondas). It disappeared on the 2027’s, but I think you will love it. Great when you are close to the garage wall too. 4. Interior. Traditional BMW interiors are spartan. They maxed out the X5 and I got the whitish Sensatech and with the other colors and textures it looks and feels up to it’s substantial price. 5. Power. Yeah, that 375hp never leaves you short and the gas mileage is incredible. I find it to be right on the ratings 23/25/27 and 10-14mpg when towing. Shortcomings-negatives: 1. Too much stuff put in the center screen and illogical menus. You have to go two deep to disable the stop-start which everyone I know wants to do. Should have been a separate button. Same with towing stuff in two places and other things. Time to ditch the archaic controller wheels and pads, too. Touch screen only, maybe toggle on steering wheel. 2. You have to get extra and expensive packages to get automatic touchless rear hatch and ventilated seats. Same with touch door handles for lock and unlock. Really? My 2022 HYUNDAI Tucson Limited had all that. 360 camera is in a package too. 3. No spare, even a donut and no room for full sized even with off road package. My off road came with street tires too. Odd. 4. Second row should have adjustable angle seats for more comfort. Overall, it is an amazingly comfortable car and looks amazing in the blue ridge color with chrome trim. I completely love it. If you are considering a new one I would run out the door right now and look at what’s left on the lot as you can probably get a great discount (which they won’t advertise by policy). I got over $10k off and 1% financing 5yrs for huge savings. I loaded up on extended warranty and other add-ons with the savings. The 2027 looks fugly and loses some of the best things on the 2026 like half hatch. When I get some more serious miles I will post another review. Best of luck to my fellow car buyers. Also, if you are budget sensitive this is the last year of this generation so maybe you could pick up one with a few miles to save some bucks or wait a year or two for this one.

Laura is very professional and gives great customer service!!!!😇 I recommend Laura and will be back to make more purchases because of Laura.
2020 BMW X5 review
1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

BMW MINI of Clear Lake review
I can always count on BMW Of CLEAR LAKE to deliver amazing world class service. Every visit in the last 10 years have been stress free. Kudos to Omar and Fidel and their total customer service attitude of always willing to help when needed by all the service staff especially the teams effort to resolve the window fogging issue. I could not be happier with this dealership.

Everything was good. Everyone was super nice and unlike other dealerships we didn’t have to wait that a long time. There were no problems with having to make appointment to test drive. They had the car ready and everything. I would recommend this place.
2023 BMW X3 review
Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

BMW MINI of Clear Lake review
Worked With David R. and Alex N. in buying a 2021 BMW. Professional and courteous all the way around. Was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. Stevn F. went through all the features and functions with my wife and he was fantastic. Great buying from them and would definitley recommend!
2026 BMW X5 PHEV review
I traded in my 2023 X5 45e and a 2026 X5 50e. I loved the 2023 and thought I would keep it longer but my local dealer had a 2026 loaner X5 that they were selling at a big discount. It has the more improved Driver Professional Pro package, a $2500 option which includes a self driving option on the interstates. The 50e had many issues in its first model year that BMW has fixed for the 2026 model the last year before the major redesign in 2027. The battery is warranty is now 100000 miles rather than the 80000 on the 45e. The Driver Professional Pro usually is only on the M model upgrades which didn’t want so this fix the bill for a timely replacement before the major redesign in 2027.
