The reason I looked at Carvana was because the price was comparable to the dealerships on cars.com. I knew exactly what model I wanted and wrote to dealerships and tried to negotiate prices but after all the fees are added on to their quote, Carvana was the better deal. Even if the price wasn't better I will buy from Carvana again because the experience was amazing and would be worth paying extra. Everything was easy to understand, easy to ask questions. It felt modern. i could text my advocate questions and having it delivered to my house made me feel like I was in my comfort zone during the process. It wasn't a game like at a dealership, they explained everything that was going to happen so I was prepared. Tips: get preapproved for financing. I don't think their rates were great but I was planning on using my financing anyways. Test drive different models and trims at a dealership until you have a decision on what you want and then shop for that model on Carvana. I knew what car I wanted and the 7-day return policy is perfect to make sure the car is what I expected.

This SUV has been a great and reliable vehicle for my family. With periodic maintenance and on-point inspections, this vehicle has surpassed 250,000 miles with no issues. I plan to continue driving the SUV until it the wheels come off and it's time to purchase a new vehicle.

I love my camaro. it's small and compact for parking and moving , when you need it to go. Ny only issue with the Camaro would be its low visibility. Your sitting so low that you cant see curbs or objects , but overall I love the vehicle. KUDOS to chevy

Great overall experience. I had been looking for months for the perfect car. Found it at here but I live in Atlanta. Called and talked with Tirso who offered to shoot a video for me to review the car was good (no check engine light, smooth transmission shifts, good tires and breaks, ect.) I drove eight hours to see the car and Tirso said he would fix the items I noticed during the test drive that needed to be addresses (seat switch bad and remove tint from windshield) + MORE items Tirso had noticed that I missed (tint on drivers windows was faded and needed replacing and the leather seats needed a few touch ups.) So I bought the car. Tirso then had it shipped to my house and I have loved driving it for months now. Tirso went the extra mile to make this a very satisfying used car purchase from a dealer out of town and I am sure he would do the same for you. Thank you Tirso for my 2009 CLS 63.

Bought the Sky Redline in ruby red with black racing stripes. we like to drive the back roads in Michigan especially in the Fall. Always get "THUMB'S UP" approval. Just a fun toy to drive. If you buy a SKY get a Redline turbo: it moves!

Before purchasing this car we test drove every SUV we could find 3 Land Rovers, 2 Jags, 2 Mercedes, 2 Volvos, the Q3, Q5, Porsche Macan, Infiniti, Lexus, Tesla, and one or two others I am missing. My wife is not a car person but she was adamant she wanted the SQ5. It is phenomenal how this car can go from extremely comfortable, to Visceral and Exciting by simply putting it Dynamic and Sport Manual. Our friends find the acceleration surprising and they are shocked by the growl and exhaust burble when you manually downshift through the gears. The Nappa leather seats are incredibly comfortable, the normal ride is on par with some of the best luxury sedans around. It is a pretty heavy car but that only becomes apparent during aggressive driving through the twisting curves. It has a very strong tendency to understeer. Power and acceleration are excellent and it cruises at or above freeway speeds effortlessly. The entertainment system is my only complaint because it has too many levels there sis not a simple intuitive flow to select the things you want easily and sometimes it gets confused which phone to connect when we get in with two paired phones. Our lease is up and we are looking at a 2021 with the new styling and interior updates. the touch screen update to the entertainment system are hopefully much more intuitive.
