I had such a great experience working with Michele! She was so helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process of getting my car. She made sure I understood everything and never made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. She was always willing to answer my questions and made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. I’m so happy with my car and truly appreciate everything Michele did to help me get it. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond, I definitely recommend working with Michele! ❤️

Roy O'Brien FordReviews
Roy O'Brien Ford review
Our last five cars have come from Roy O’Brien, some used, some leased, and they’ve been extremely helpful and friendly every time. The sales team is very knowledgeable and has worked within our budget to find the right vehicles for us. They’ve walked us through financing and made sure we know all our options and are comfortable with not only the car we’re getting but the monthly payments and service plan. Service has been excellent, too. We’ll keep going back!

We had a Trailblazer before, and this time we tried the Enclave. Rides like a dream and very spacious inside! The engine is so quiet I don't even hear it running. We just bought it so I'm hoping it keeps on delivering!

Jim Causley Buick GMC review
From Shanna in sales to Gretchen in finance, the whole experience was fast, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, sincere, and easy to work with. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Shanna was great to work with, and Gretchen made the finance side simple and stress-free. On top of that, they were funny and personable, which made the entire experience even better. Highly recommend this dealership if you want great service and great people!
