Knighton's Auto ServicesReviews
Knighton's Auto Services review
I had a great experience buying my used truck! After searching online for used trucks in good to very good condition at a reasonable price, I found a truck in which I was interested. Upon arriving at the dealership to see the truck, I met Chuck and Desiree (pet cat). Chuck showed me the truck, answered all my questions, gave me time to inspect the truck on my own, and let me take a test drive. No high-pressure sales tactics. Chuck is straightforward, honest, professional, and knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. I signed a purchase agreement that day! Later that week, I returned to pick up the truck. Lisa filled out all the paperwork for me and answered a few more questions I had. This was the best car-buying experience; I am a very satisfied and happy customer! I highly recommend Knighton's Auto Services! Thank you Chuck and Lisa!

Great vehicle with room for seven and plenty of cargo space. A great motorhome TOAD thru model year 2017. Powerful V-6 engine and smooth shifting transmission.

Had to have rear brakes and rotors replaced. They had the parts and got the job done. Seems to be ok. Also NYS inspection and oil change.
2026 Buick Enclave review
I have nothing but great things to say about my car, Its roomy, quiet, beautifully designed, smooth lines. Like better than my former car (Acura mdx-SH AWD) Interior is nice and clean especially with long display screen. Complementary OnStar until 2034 is awesome for turn-by-turn navigation. It rides very good on highway. No mechanical issues to speak of so far. Low interest rate of 2.9%

2026 Buick Enclave review
We bought this car new and have had it for about a month now, so I can’t speak to the reliability yet. Hit the 3,000 mile mark yesterday. We took a short trip of 240 miles, and one long trip of 904 miles. The car performed perfectly and the super cruise was fantastic as we used it appropriately 80% of the time on our long trip. Our shorter trip (240 miles) yielded 27.4 mpg. The longer trip 26.6 mpg. Combined highway and city driving to date is at 24.6. I don’t mind the 2.5 liter turbo 4 as much as I thought I would. Loving the ride and comfort especially on the longer trip. This is our third Enclave and so far we are really enjoying it. Long term reliability is yet to be determined.

I want to give a huge thank-you to Willy Lagos for providing truly outstanding customer service when I needed help after popping my tire. From start to finish, Willy went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, communicated clearly, and was reliable every step of the way. When I was in a stressful situation, Willy came to the rescue and made everything feel much easier and more manageable. His professionalism, responsiveness, kindness, and dedication really stood out. It?s not every day that you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping people, but Willy absolutely demonstrated that. I?m extremely thankful for his amazing customer service and for being there when I needed help most. Willy, thank you for going above and beyond! Your communication, reliability, and willingness to help made a difficult situation so much better. I truly appreciate you and would highly recommend your service to anyone!
2011 Buick Enclave review
I have been driving Lincolns since 1976 and this Buick Enclave is equal or better. But the cost is about 50% less and has more room than my Navigator.

2022 Buick Enclave review
The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

Queensbury Auto Mall review
I bought a 2016 Chrysler 200 S. Jon got me the loan and even cheaper insurance. The head gasket went on it in August. I had bought the extended warranty. Through no fault of QAM, my car was tied up at Chysler Dealership waiting for parts. QAM provided me with 2 loaners. The first loaner got rearended. I called Jody and told him I needed another loaner. I live in Cohoes. Jody sent down another loaner. I go my car back 11/20/25. Walked in saw Jody and was given the key to my car. There was absolutely no bill waiting for me.QAM IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. The best Salesman, and Owner. I give them a 10 STAR rating. They might be far away from Cohoes but they have and will accommodate you. Hats off to your dealership.you treat customers like friends and family. Thank You, Jody &John Larry Bariteau

I just got my first car from them And everyone was great. I would recommend them to anyone.
2025 Buick Enclave review
I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.
