He provided information and answered all of our questions. It was because of Joe that we followed through with this transaction. He was friendly, easy and comfortable in his work. Mike and all the other people I dealt with from the ladies at the service desk to the tech that explained how to handle my concerns were all wonderful. Very polite and had great attitudes. Mike even checked for recalls and had them done as well. And on top of it all offered me a car wash. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more pleasant experience. I was helping my brother and sister-in-law to purchase a vehicle that they took over a year to choose the best make and model for their family. As I am in Dallas Texas, having a long distance discussion can sometimes be difficult , that's assuming you are even taken seriously. The team at Suttle were professional and informative the entire time. Very helpful and straightforward. Thank you for your help during this buying process!
My only complaint is my vehicle was due for an inspection and they did not tell me. Three days later i realized I had a 10 on my windshield. I was there on the 8th my day off!! Now i have to arrange either for time off or a ride.

I cannot say enough about the complete Suttle Team from Keith in Sales to Carrie in Finance to Jennifer and Venus in Service and last but not least, Mike in Parts. The entire experience has been great. Everyone made absolutely sure my satisfaction was met and it was on every account. That includes the quality of the vehicle I purchased. So, I have owned my car now for over a month, I live in Suffolk but the 35-mile trek to Suttle Motors is well worth the trip considering the quality of service and the treatment by all I encounter. I have to say this is one of if not the best buying experience I have had and I have had many. I would highly recommend to anyone that the Cadillac line of vehicle are given a look and although I live only 2 miles from a local Cadillac Dealership in Suffolk Virginia, the trip to Suttle is far more worth it all considering.
