Vehicle was outside and ready for us. We did the test drive and discussed numbers. Devon was on a mission to get us the best price and he did. Process was straightforward with no haggling or added dealer fees. Overall one of the best experiences I had buying a car.

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto Mall review
I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 from Ed Morse Sawgrass Chevrolet, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. David Ocker was our salesperson, and he made the whole process easy. He was knowledgeable about the truck, answered every question we had, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. The pricing was fair and straightforward, no games or surprise add ons at the end. They also gave us the best trade in offer we had seen after checking a few other dealers. Once we decided on the vehicle, the paperwork moved quickly and we were done in under an hour. If you're in the market for a new truck, I'd recommend asking for David. Great experience overall.

Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto MallReviews
Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto Mall review
I recently purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trail Boss from Ed Morse Sawgrass, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My sales professional, Mr. William "Billy" Mashraky, went above and beyond to ensure the entire purchase process was smooth and stress-free. From the moment I met Billy, he was honest, professional, transparent, reliable, and genuinely listened to my needs. He took the time to help me set up my new truck and made sure all the features and options I wanted were included. Before I left the dealership, he patiently helped me set up the truck's technology and other features. Even after I drove off the lot, Billy followed up with a text to make sure everything was working properly and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. Everyone at Ed Morse Sawgrass was welcoming and friendly. The General Manager, Mr. Jordan Schear and Finance Manager, Mr. Bradley Taylor, both took the time to introduce themselves, making me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. As a veteran and first responder, I especially appreciated that the team made sure I received every discount available through General Motors and the dealership. They went out of their way to ensure I received all the savings I qualified for. A few weeks after my purchase, I returned to the dealership to have running boards installed and to replace both windshield cowls on my new truck. Mr. Shiv Balkaran from the Service Department assisted me, and he provided the same outstanding level of customer service that I experienced during the sales process. Shiv was friendly, honest, professional, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. It's reassuring to know that the excellent customer service at Ed Morse Sawgrass continues long after the sale. If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Ed Morse Sawgrass. From the sales team to the service department, my experience exceeded my expectations. I will gladly recommend Billy, Shiv, and the entire team at Ed Morse Sawgrass to my family and friends.

Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.

Coastal HyundaiReviews
Coastal Hyundai review
My mothers car motor blew and she needed to purchase a car within the week. Dad died over the summer so this is the first major purchase she has had to do without him since the 60's, so of course I helped her. We visited EVERY car lot from Melbourne to Palm Bay, test driving an endless number of cars, brand new and used to see what was out there. The Coastal Lot was the first we went to, then last lot we visited. There was such a warm atmosphere at Coastal, no pushy salesman trying to steer my mom away from what SHE wanted to look at. Manny even came in on his day off, without telling us it was his day off, I know he did not want mom to feel pressured. Manny was willing to go above and beyond for my mother without bragging that he came in on his day off, we found out from someone else he was off that day. Spike (Sales mgr.), Candy (paperwork) and EVERY other person we encountered were fantastic! WE have already been telling everyone we see what GREAT people are at Coastal Hyundai!!!
