I am a first-time buyer who purchased a Subaru from Zeigler in April of 2023. Their team worked with me and my mechanic and did a great job guiding me through the process and working with my budget. I would definitely trust them again when purchasing a vehicle in the future!

I brought my car in because the fan blower continuously ran. Also a dash code. They had the car most of the day and put a thermostat in it. I guess we'll see how long it works so I have no review at this time I guess

Purchased a 2024 Hummer EV 3x SUV. The entire transaction from start to finish was handled remotely playing email/text tag. They were very efficient in conforming to my chaotic schedule. Product as advertised, no shenanigans in the closing of the sale. They also brought the car to me! I would not hesitate in making another purchase or recommending you to consider buying your next car through them as well.

Cole Buick GMC Cadillac review
Coles is the only dealership my wife and I use. Most transactions take place via phone text which I like. We have bought and leased several vehicles from them. The buying end of the process is wonderful from sales person to finance. Service dept has always stepped up to our needs and concerns some bumps but that is expected when you just want your vehicle perfect. Vehicles are man made and even factories get things wrong and we expect the service dept to get it right and of course customers always right lol. They have guide lines and protocols to follow like any other dealership but at the end we have always felt good about the service we have received thus far.

As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

I had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding – everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They respected my time, kept the process, efficient, made everything straightforward, and stress-free. What stood up most was their honesty in their pricing. There were no games or unnecessary pressure tactics. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain to everything clearly, and worked with me to obtain the vehicle I came in for. It’s rare to find a dealership that values both customer experiencing and efficiency, but this team definitely does. I truly appreciated. How smooth the entire process was and how much they cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience.

I took my venue to your dealership because the cruise control was not working. Your techs quickly figured out that it was some error codes left over from some work I had done to the car. They cleared codes and replaced a couple of fuses and had me in and out of the shop quickly and at a very reasonable price.

Trey Tyler was great to work with. He made the experience less intimidating. My husband and I dreaded coming in, but we had no choice since our lease was about to expire. As my husband said, he would rather go to the dentist than deal with the hassle of an auto dealership. Trey is personable and went out of his way to make us comfortable.
2023 Buick Envision review
Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

Harvey Cadillac Lexus and Auto OutletReviews
Harvey Cadillac Lexus and Auto Outlet review
This is truly a 5-star dealership-Lexus is the only part I’ve dealt with. Their facility is beautiful & immaculately clean. The employees are 10 out of 10 Stars. They’re very professional yet “home town” friendly & very knowledgeable & respectful & straightforward honest. The quality of work is outstanding & the “extras” they do are wonderful & so appreciated! Since buying my first Lexus in 2015 I haven’t found another dealership that literally rates 5-stars in every single factor of outstanding quality business! Plus the quality of my vehicles & their performance/reliability etc is impeccable excellence! I must give a special shoutout for Coreen in Service. There’s none better & she truly makes Lexus proud in her excellence in job performance & personality & interaction with people-just everything! She is a blessing for both employer & customers! Big thank you to her for making every experience I’ve had with Lexus top quality & very enjoyable! All In all Harvey Lexus is the best!

Cameron Foster is the best salesman I have ever met. He was professional, funny and very down to earth. I have already recommended him to ALL my friends and family.

Heritage Chevrolet review
I came into Heritage Chevrolet a couple of weeks ago and a Red 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander caught my eye! I was so excited I wanted the vehicle really bad, I was having trouble getting it right away but with the help of Alex assuring me he will do what it takes to get me in this beautiful vehicle and for me not to worry! Guess what on this date November 3 I got my keys to my Beautiful Red Mitsubishi! Thanks Alex for all your hard work making sure I left the lot happy! Keep up the good work! Look forward to me sending people your way for their n dream car!
2023 Buick Envision review
Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.
