This place is absolutely amazing. When you walk in you feel like you are greeted by your family and they want to help you in everyway that they can. Steve was the salesman who helped us and he was amazing! He did not stop until we were satisfied and he never pushed us into making a sale. He was calm and knowledgeable and truthful. Steve made us feel right at home and was patient with us the whole time. After going to some other dealerships and testing different cars, my heart always came back to this place and the Buick encore, I just had to come back. After running my credit, it turned out it was not the score I thought it was and that it could have been a problem for me to buy a new car but they did not quit, we kept everyone in that shop until 7 PM and they helped us find a more than generous payment for the car I love. They were patient through all the paperwork and answered every question I had. If you want a car and a great shopping experience, come here right away! These people will bend over backwards for you no matter what and i promise, You will not regret it!

This car meets my needs and is very comfortable. Handles fantastic and rides great too. I couldnt be any happier than i am with this car.

Overall I was pleased now within two months I have had to bring the car in 3 separate times for various sensors going out. Then the battery. I did not know the battery would be considered as item that is covered. So I paid for battery and triple Aaa to put it in. I'm very concerned that I am having all these problems and the warranty is just about up.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. This car met my needs, it has a luxury feel and look at a great price. Good on gas, can't wait to put it on the highway.
Very pleased with decision to look at Kings Kia. Rachel in sales was great to work with, very knowledgeable and provided fantastic service. Dealer was very fair in pricing. Would do refer to others and do business again in the future with them.

I love this car! I just would rather an suv. It’s an amazing car, with no problems. It’s very reliable. This car rides like you would not believe...
There were certain things I was concerned about with my purchase, but I felt in the long run it could be handled when we got back home. We traveled from Wi. to Ohio for this car, because I wanted one like the one it replaced. Turned out it was an EX model which was an upgrade. Great! My wife was a little leery when there was no mechanic's checklist available, but the only problem was that the radio power knob didn't work so you couldn't shut the radio off. we purchased the car & headed back to Wi. & the day after we returned, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. Took it to our mechanic.. oxygen sensor. OK. All in all it was worth the drive down & we ended up with a decent vehicle.
Owned it for 2 weeks 2013 with 95000 miles.

The speed excellerating is great , gets up and goes with no redlining.
Seats are comfortable and positioning to drive is comfortable.
However getting in and out with my back problems is not easy and it’s more like a coupe than a sedan, I’m 6 ft and there is no leg room behind my seat for anyone. My wife and I are usually the ones that are in front if I pick up someone I have to move my seat forward over 6 inches to make room for rear passenger. My knees are under my chin.
The gas mileage is great getting 30 to 32 around town and the interior is very plush and has a great stereo. CD and satellite. Certainly happy I bought it but with my lower back problems wishing I’d gone for more of a SUV like my wifes car, easier to get in and out on my back.

this car was very reliable, had good gas mileage, very comfortable and had a great sound system. It felt like a luxury car, I especially enjoyed driving in winter with the heated seats and steering wheel.
On August 18, 2018 I purchased a new Kia Niro from Andrew Thornberry. At the completion of the purchase he informed me that the parts department was closed so he would send my second key to me through the mail. Three months, several phone calls, four emails and one letter later, l still don't have my second key. This is not a simple process of having a key cut, because my car is push to start, the key has to be programmed, and the key itself is a $150 investment plus the programming cost.

Very handy to have the phone option in it. Don't have to worry about missing any calls. Would buy another one.

Sporty luxury. Very well maintained. Looks and still smells NEW! Love the heated seat and steering wheel in the cold weather. Bose speakers give excellent sound. Answering the phone easy, play music from your phone.......... Small car, parking a breeze. Smooth ride.
Jeremy Howard was my sale representative. I can honestly say he was the best salesperson I have ever worked with why purchasing a car/truck. No pressure, non haggling approach. He didn't play the typical game most dealerships play with wanting to know what payment I was looking for. I told him the price and teuck I wanted and he delivered!!! Leg room in back is a little tight, even for my 12 year olds. Excellent performance and gas mileage. Love the sleek sexy look of my red car. Great value and a very smooth ride!
Purchased a 2015 Nissan Murano from Jeff Wyler. I’m very happy with my purchase and feel like I got a fair price for it. Salesmen Gary was very friendly and we had good conversation throughout the whole negotiating process. “Z” was very nice as well. The manager and financing guy, who I can’t quite remember their names, also were nice. I liked that the salesmen let me do the test drive on my own and did not rush me. Will definitely recommend this place to friends. I thought I had a minor scare driving home with the transmission until I realize I was an idiot and put it in manual on accident lol. I'm expecting this car to meet all my needs...I find it to be a bit tight for back seat riders, not much leg room. Being that it's just me and my daughter, and not many back seat riders... we will manage! the exterior of the car looks very CLASSY!
I love this car for the most part. Great gas mileage in mid 30s, comfortable for my long daily drives, somewhat sporty for a little sedan, and it looks great inside and out. Unfortunately it has a vibration/rattle in the b pillars and the sunroof. It has been in the dealer for 3 visits and a total of 3 1/2 days the last time. They seem to fix one and create another. Also slight vision issue with the huge "A" pillar. Sometimes blocks out things in a turn. The controls are a little confusing in the beginning but I really like them now compared to those in my wife's 2016 canyon. I do like the ability to put the GPS as a split screen with the radio as well.
