The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

I was downsizing from a Tahoe and test drove several vehicles (Ford Explorer, Infiniti QX 60, Chevy Traverse, Toyota 4Runner, and Acura MDX.) The Buick Enclave Premium had plenty of space, a smooth ride, was reasonably priced, and had all of the bells and whistles I was looking for so it was the best choice for me and my family.

I was able to find a quality used car on the lot, exactly what I was looking for. 2020 Chevy Impala with low miles. The best car Chevy ever made, at a reasonable price and an excellent sales and service departments. I just took it in for the 1st oil change after my purchase and was pleasantly surprised when I went to pay for the services synthetic oil change - tire rotation - car wash - and key fob battery change, all for free. That’s right “FREE” due to it being the 1st service interval after the purchase. I live about 200 miles away in South Dakota, but there is a good chance I will return for my next service appointment. The interior is spacious, Beautifully styled interior. The exterior is nicely styled. The middle console is small. The infotainment center is easy to use once you learn how.

We purchased it and the next day it didn’t start. We called Morrie’s and they quickly picked up the car and fixed the problem. We traded our 2015 Cadillac for the 2021 Envision. So far we made a pretty good decision, it’s technically advanced in design and function. The only problem I’ve noticed is the seating. I’m a big man and after driving this Buick, the seats are too narrow and are not very deep. In fact, after an hour they are damned uncomfortable. A smaller person should love this car, not so much for a larger person.

This makes the fourth review that I have written on this site about my 2014 Buick LaCrosse since 2014. Since I bought it new this car has been a joy to own. I do not harbor one disappointment or complaint about it. Other than normal scheduled maintenance as recommended by GM the only other service needed was a replacement of a stuck brake light switch. That's it! In addition to the above mentioned normal mechanical maintenance service, I do have the car detailed twice a year plus frequent car washes in-between to keep the finish like new. An aside---twice within the past six weeks two strangers have approached me commenting on the cars looks, engaging me in conversations around it and asking about my experience with Buick. Of all the new luxury and higher end cars I have owned over many years, this car has elicited more positive comments on a consistent basis year after year then any other I have had and it still continues to draw positive attention after six years. I find that amazing. It is too bad that the LaCrosse is no longer in production but when I am ready for a new car I will definitely be going back to Buick. I hope the four reviews I have provided over the past six years are helpful to those who are considering buying a Buick. In my opinion you can't go wrong.

Since 2011 I’ve noticed and admired the newly designed Buick Regal and every time I saw them I wondered about them. I had a 1998 Buick Regal GS with the super charge 3.8 litre engine thatI sold years ago. Fast forward to 2021 and here I am a proud owner of a 2017 Regal Premium 1 with the 2.0 turbo engine. Let me say that I love this car. I love the room in it and the comfortable leather seats and because I’m here in Toronto, Canada area the heated seats and steering wheel. My Regal is a sweet car! Quick as a whip and great on gas. My wife and I will enjoy many a trip in this beautiful car! I absolutely recommend and only wish I had of bought one sooner ! Lucky for us our Regal only has 19,000km or about 12 thousand miles on it. People just don’t take notice of these cars thinking it’s an old mans car - if that’s the case they are sadly missing out.
