This car looks nice from the outside, but in the first 20000 miles it has been in the shop 3 times, not charging, coolant leak, brake shift interlock solenoid failure. It is way under powered, and the engine has a tick in it at 25,000 miles. This car is a piece of ....
Very knowledgeable and eager to please staff. We attended a get to know your new car seminar which included speaker from all departments. Very informative on what needs to be done to get a long and pleasurable usage from your new car.

It was my first experience at Patrick and it was terrific . My sales person ( Jonathan Collister) was knowledgeable,friendly and extremely personable . The service technician ( Mario Maimone) was also knowledgeable, courteous and friendly . Actually everyone I've been in contact with at Patrick has been just GREAT . I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

This car looks good but I have had the car sensor replaced twice in less than 2 years. They replaced 3 belts my timing belt, serpentine belt and I can’t recall the other. Now I don’t have oil light on but it’s consuming oil. Looked at the recall and they know it burns oil but don’t want to fix the problem because. It’s costly. So I have 3 years left on a car that I might have to replace the engine on. The dip stick is dry and I don’t see where the oil is going to, it doesn’t smoke like typical oil burning in the exhaust and I don’t see it leaking on the ground. Very very disappointed and would never buy another Buick period!
I had a successful buying experience at Dorschels. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Prius with the fine help of Ivan Turnbull.
In the future I will look to Dorschels for more auto needs.

I’ve owned my LaCrosse for nearly three years. I’m just as in love with it today, as I was the day I purchased it. Very roomy, nice quiet ride made for the highway, with lots of power. (V6) the only thing I would want to add, Is more USB ports. There’s only one. When traveling, definitely need more to accommodate all passengers.
All around great experience. No pressure. Friendly and accommodating. Vehicle was ready on time. I have not used service Dept. yet but expect the same level of satisfaction. Thanks DJ

Great car. Comfortable ride, lots of room, good appointments. Has been very reliable with no issues needing repair. I wish it got better mileage, it it does hold 7 passengers and is a large and heavy vehicle. So I can’t have everything!!!
I was seeking a newer used Silverado with several specific wants and needs. I located the best choice at Bidleman Chevrolet Buick GMC (700 miles from my home in NC). Shawn worked with me several days (via text, email & calls) to complete the deal and answered all my questions regarding making a long distance purchase from out of state. Travis advised me regarding resolving some special financial arrangements that had to be completed at my end. When I arrived to pick up the Silverado, I was greeted by Shawn and a dealership of very friendly outgoing and courteous people. The truck was ready and waiting. The final paperwork for the purchase was completed and every thing was good-to-go. It it was a smooth process and I am completely pleased with the truck. Exceeded all my needs and expectations.This is my second lease of the Encore and I will likely get a third when my lease is up.
First time visiting the dealership. Everyone was friendly, not pushy and very knowledgeable. They did try to push the complimentary donuts on us! We looked at three different used vehicles and Kyler helped point out the good and bad features on each one. We test drove two of the GMC's and decided right then which one we wanted. We are very happy with the vehicle and would definitely recommend them even though they are about an hour from us.

The reason for purchasing this car was it is high up like an SUV but smaller and more fuel efficient. I feel safer driving on the freeway every day. It runs very smoothly and the soundproofing inside the car makes for a very quiet and peaceful drive and it has a great sound system. It also has enough room in the back for transporting equipment. I am very pleased with it.
This dealership made car purchasing enjoyable as it should be.The salesman,Shawn Steed was very attentive and payed attention to what we were looking for in the purchasing process. After the purchase Shawn explained everything about the car and made an easy ride back to BUFFALO,NY. I’ve driven larger trucks for the past decade. I found this vehicle online. It caught my eye. Went for a test drive and had to buy it.
The salesman, Shawn, was very personable and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and didn???t waste my time. All of the staff at Bidleman were attentive to their customers, you could tell that they were all working hard as they were running around the dealership. I walked in at 9 AM on a Saturday and left the same day with a new car. I would highly recommend these people. They???re an honest, no bull dealer.

This new SUV is amazing. I had my KIA sportage 2000 for 18 years and love it. I did not want to trade it in until I test drove the Buick. I love this SUV, it drives nice, looks nice, and it was the right size for me to make the decision to get a new car!
Just leased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee this week! What a present experience, Pete was beyond helpful even driving to another dealership to get the color I wanted. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership and Pete!!!!

Everything about this car is what someone of my age could want, it drives like a dream, is easy to park and I love the way it looks.

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
Everyone at Hertz was extremely friendly and low pressure. Bob McClean was my salesperson and he was very helpful throughout the process and answered all of my questions. The sales manager made a point to introduce himself and remind me that there was no pressure to buy.
There was no negotiation process; the car was already below the Kelly Blue Book average price. It was also a couple hundred cheaper than what they had listed online. I believe this is intentional because they have such a high volume of used rental cars they are trying to offload. I've had the car for a few months and haven't had any problems whatsoever.
The other dealers I had gone to previously had offered similar cars for several thousand dollars more and their salespeople were always trying to talk me into paying more than I wanted. Hertz was the complete opposite. The whole process was easy and low pressure. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

This car has a 50/50 like,hate for me. Poor gas mileage,visibility,ride,mixed squeaks and rattles.Engine is peppy,driver seat memory,heated steering wheel, and a few other accessories are nice.
