As my salesman, Jon went out of his way to listen to my needs and try to meet them, without trying to push something on me. He showed me options which would meet most of my wants while trying to meet a list of needs to probably don't exist in one vehicle! I really enjoyed talking with him and his knowledge was helpful in allowing me to understand what I was truly looking for.
Chase Wilson was on the lookout for a truck that would meet all my criteria (and it was a pretty specific and detailed list). When he called that a truck had come in, he was right and it was very sharp — just perfect. He was upfront and straightforward with the deal, and it was mine the next day. Heath had all the finance paperwork ready, and it was a quick and painless process. I felt that they both were genuine and had my best interest at heart.
We were there this last Saturday to purchase a truck. They didnt pressure us and were very helpful in helping us to fine us what we wanted. Clyde our salesman was great and Heath the finance manger was very good also explaining to us all the details about our loan etc. What we liked also Clyde and Heath both are Christians and were not afraid to talk about our great Lord.

I am a Ford customer that was in MO for my son's graduation from Ft. Leonard Wood Basic Training. It was pouring rain and my tire was nearly flat. I could see a heavy duty staple had punctured my tire. I had no idea where to go. My son saw the Ford sign and said, "Hey there's a Ford dealership." I am a Ford Owner Advantage Rewards member and thought at least they could point me in the right direction. I was directed to pull my car into the bay. After a short period of time, the mechanic came back and announced that my car was done. I asked him what the charge was and he said, "No charge, ma'am. " I was stunned. I cannot express how grateful I was to be a Ford owner at that very moment. They went above and beyond to help me in an incredible time of need. If I were local, they would have a lifelong customer. My Ford dealership in Waukesha, WI is my normal go to. I will continue to be a Ford customer for life. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
