I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
After 2 days they gave us a car to drive. Has to figure out what was wrong, order parts. Had the car Monday morning to Friday afternoon. New car only have had since April. Were told it would be clean and have fuel in it. Was clean but told ???you will have to get gas!??? Fuel light was on when I got in. Was not happy at all with the overall way thru handled the situation!!!!
I was looking for a Honda Fit and found many listings online. I emailed several asking for the VIN or Carfax. One kept saying it would send a VIN but never did. Another insisted I should call him first. Charlie's stood out because far from hiding, it had posted the Carfax in its listing.
It was a good history, so I emailed late Friday night to say I was interested. Larry responded by email first thing Saturday morning, giving his cell number.
By the time I called he was taking the car to be checked out. When I asked if there was room to negotiate on the price, he said there was some and he'd know more after the inspection. He called back to say that it needed new tires, so he'd gone ahead and had them put on.
He then warned me that it had a broken side mirror and detailed a few cosmetic issues (it was a 2007 model) and quoted a very fair price. My wife and I drove down from Ann Arbor and he handed over the keys for a test drive. All went well and we came back to close the deal.
Matt handled the paperwork very professionally, including the Michigan title application. There were no surprises - the price was exactly as agreed. We got a great car at a great price, and had the best car-buying experience of our lives.

Ultimately I did not end up purchasing the vehicle that I spent a lot of time looking at, but I thought it worthwhile to write a review of my experience. My first contact was Blaine, the Sales Manager. He was incredibly nice and had his consultant Cody call me with all the information I requested. Cody was knowledgable and what he didn't know he tried to find out for me. There was no pressure and I would not hesitate to send someone there who was looking for a preowned vehicle. They had a very nice selection of cars.
I walked in Thursday and drove off with a vehicle thanks to Michael White I had a great experience I would recommend a family member or friend there anytime. He actually took his time and really showed that he cared.
Tim Honaker was a pleasure to work with. Came in to buy a used car for my daughter and ended up with that and a brand new ZO6 Corvette. It was only possible due to Tim and Terry's work to set up a great deal and financing that fit my needs. RJ was also very helpful with all his Corvette knowledge as I took delivery of it. Both my daughter and I are very happy with our vehicles and the service we received.
We were in need of a vehicle capable of towing our boat and also carrying or two Golden Retrievers. We looked at the Enclave, but the towing was not enough. We then looked at a 4Runner and decided that would not work either. The Tahoe was a much larger vehicle, but once we sat in it, the sale was complete. My parents bought cars there and had them serviced there, I have bought at least 2 brand new vehicles and several used from this dealership. They always take care of us, no matter what the problem and their normal vehicle maintenance is priced better than independent quick lube places.
