I was hesitant about buying from them but the experience was fantastic! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car. Eugene was the guy that helped me and I felt very comfortable buying a car from him. Everyone there was very polite and helpful. The receptionist were excellent also. I cannot say enough great things about them. I would like to meet the owner and express my feelings about his dealership.

This car met all my expectations Touch screen heated seats USB plenty of leg room dual heat and ac leather seats and a very comfortable ride
The whole experience seemed rather impersonal to me. When I walked in the front desk was very nice. But I was sent to a computer to “shop”, then the vans were brought up front to test drive. No one around to ask questions about the vehicle. Then when I sat down to finally talk to a sales associate it was very dry, facts only, matter of fact and ended with “we can’t work with the amount you have.” I walked away feeling very disappointed with the whole process and experience.

I owned a 2010 full load Buick LaCrosse and enjoyed it so much ,I purchased a 2018 Buick LaCrosse AWD with all the bells and whistles . This car is light years more advanced than my 2010 and the best vehicle I have owned.

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
The process for buying has improved since I last bought a vehicle. I didn't feel pressured to purchase a vehical. Athough I felt that the car could have been discounted more, I decided to purchase.

Very comfortable and good ride on cross country trips. The exterior and interior both look good. Plenty of room for passengers and luggage.
The navigation system is not good. Small screen, and not intuitive to program. Will only accept Mt not mount when that is in the name. Maps not up to date when new, expensive to update.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

We just purchased this car and really love it. Comfort, style and classy! I would recommend this car to anyone. A little pricey but seems worth the money.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My 2014 Buick Enclave has been making a roaring sound. When you speed up it gets louder .when you slow down it lets up. But roar is there all the time. Why. .?.?
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Beautiful interior with all the bells and whistle's. This car is at a whole other level than what I was driving. I look forward to driving every day.
First time to buy a car by myself and it was a wonderful experience. The salesman was so very kind and knowledgeable. He spent about 3 hours with me teaching me to use all the features. I was expecting to have to spend hours looking at the manual but I was able to get in the car and use it as if I’d owned it for months. I price shopped at many dealerships but never ran across a salesman who was nicer, more considerate, or as easy to talk to as Kevin. He is a real asset to your company. I know some of the dealers I talked with tried to tell me things that weren’t true, and I suspect they thought they were dealing with a gullible female. Kevin treated me with respect and dignity. I would absolutely send anyone to Kevin and your dealership. Thanks for making this an enjoyable experience!

No room behind the rear sear for very much. Only one arm rest? Hesitation on take off Rear camera is a joke. Very Very expensive to repair
Over the past 50 years I have bought over fifty cars and most of them from the Gargus Dealerships ( Courtesy GMC/Buick today). Wayne passed a few years back and turned the reins over to his grandson Josh. The Gargus desire to treat every customer like family continues today. They are the very finest dealership that I have ever experienced and their sales and service departments can’t be matched by anyone. I drive over two hours just to trade with them but the experience is well worth it! Dealing with the Gargus family may just change your mind about buying a car or getting one serviced. Also, if you are a Yukon Denali enthusiast like me the new 10 speed transmission is the best GM has ever developed. I just traded my 2016 for the new 2019 and not enough can be said about how seamless and smooth the new 10 speed is. WOW...what an improvement. Hope this review helps you and sorry for being so verbose. However, everything I have said is true.

Body styling, interior comfort, jam-packed features make this a good buy in a time at which SUVs are taking over the market. I was an Enclave owner and hope to go back to it someday but the Buick Lacrosse is a nice change of pace.
Purchased a new GMC Sierra and had an enjoyable experience at Courtesy. I would highly suggest you work with Mike Johnson is sales and/or Richard Gulledge in internet sales. Mike meet me at the door and was quick to help get me the truck that I wanted. Mike is an obvious hard worker and was my advocate throughout the entire process. He is friendly and passionate about what he does. Richard Gulledge helped us out on the pricing of the vehicle. He was up-front and fair, no games. It was clear that the goal at Courtesy was to please the consumer and establish a long-term consumer. That is exactly what they did with me and my wife. If you are in the market, I would highly suggest Courtesy Buick GMC in Trussville.

This car has met all my needs - and is definitely a luxury car. I got all the bells and whistles - and paid dearly for them. :-) It seems a little noisier than my last car (that I too loved - 2011 Azzera) - but still quite a car!!
I love this place. My wait is longer than at a chain oil/service place but the customer relations are spot on here. I feel like family here. Have met most of the management and love the atmosphere. The waiting room is very nice and looks to have been recently updated with very nice custom cabinets and other amenities. I would 100% recommend trying courtesy for not only oil changes but any service needs. Not to mention you get to drool over the new Yukons!!!

Well styled car. Not big in pick up and noisy interior. Would much rather see this vehicle offer as a 6 vs. only a 4 cylinder.

Simply the best 3 row suv out there,superb ride,extremely quite on the road,ive been an auto technician for 29 years, I’ve worked for Toyota which was the most reliable, Lincoln which rode the best and was the most quietest and Pontiac which was the fastest, Out of the 23 cars I’ve owned my buick is on top and I challenge any of you Acura, Lexus, infinity owners to a ride & comfort contest!!
