After a day of going dealership to dealership; we had the privilege to work with Brandon Reyes. When we came in that afternoon, we were not looking to buy anything new that day. Just wanted to compare prices and test drive. This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

Buick is bringing sexy back. I have had two friends say it looks like a Porsche and an Audi. The Sport Touring model is the sexiest car I've ever driven. Super comfortable with lots of head and leg room. The seats are ergonomically designed. The dash is a technical marvel. Runs great and even gets 30 MPG on the highway

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

Ricky over at rossco gave me a very comfortable buying experience, he showed me his inventory in my range and even told me to take the vehicle to a mechanic for reassurance. My son is very satisfied with my purchase and says it runs great with just oil changes! Before I stopped at Rossco I went to three other dealers. What can I say---it's a Buick! The ride and overall driver and passinger comfort is unsurpasse ed and even though this vehicle is some 12 plus years old it behaves like a new one. Course maintaining and showing it TLC helps.

When I dealt with McGrath the first time it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. This time I was reluctant to come back. I met Braden and he asked if he could try to redeem McGrath from the experience I had before. I was skeptical but decided to give Braden a chance. Braden didn't disappoint and since I live 2 1/2 hours away from dealer he got to work found the pickup of my dreams. This man worked diligently that day and had a answer for me by the end of the day. When I showed up for the test drive he was courteous, honest, and answered everyone of my questions. He truly showed me that not all car buying experiences are bad. I've been to alot of dealers in my life and Braden outshines all the other salesmen I have dealt with in the past. They should all take lessons from this young man. So if and when I decide to get another vehicle I hope Braden is still there and I your looking as for him he will not disappoint you along with the finance team. Very good experience.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.

This car feels like experiencing a level of driving that no mortal was supposed to feel. Truly a divine car. Must say two deer at once is not good news for it though :( I miss mine so much, definitely the best sedan I’ve ever owned. It’s not even close

Bought a 2017 Buick Lacrosse Premium in December of 2023. It had 120,000 miles on it. I now have 155,000 miles on it, and haven't incurred a single issue as of yet. Smooth, quiet, comfortable ride, gets a fair share of compliments. I think they must've ran up against budget when they arrived at the interior. Lol. Not a major concern though. This car is very reliable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a car!

This Lucerne is my second. I LOVE that car! Drives great, handles well in the snow, has always been reliable! 245k miles later...I still love her! I did buy a new car because I drive a lot.... I went with a jeep Cherokee only because buick doesn't make sedans anymore and the enclave which i loved... is too much car for me and my dog.

Jeremiah was great to work with, we had test drove a car at a different dealer the day prior who just gave us the keys and said see you when you get back. Jeremiah spent time inside the vehicle explaining all the bells and whistles and basic operations, he also went with us on the test drive, a very pleasant experience. The gentleman who went through all of the financing options and the 'sign here' also was informative and kind. All in all a very good experience.

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I went to 3 cities and 5 dealerships looking for a specific type of vehicle. Rossco was one of those dealerships. At each of the other places I visited I felt somewhat intimidated by the sales staff but not here at Rossco at all. Ricky was very friendly, professional and helpful. When diagnosing a possible issue with the car, he suggested exactly what I was thinking and we worked it out immediately. The price was half KBB suggested price, CarFax was exceptional and the car drove out better than any of the others I tried. How many dealers this size offer CarFax "free" report - none I've found! If I could give a higher score I would - extremely happy with value.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.

Bought a 2026 Ram 2500 after searching online. They had it ready to test drive when we arrived, and purchasing was a seamless easy experience compared to other dealerships we have dealt with in the past. Our salesperson (Austin) was great to work with, attentive to our needs. I would definitely buy from them again. The Ram 2500 HD was everything as advertised and I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Love this car, however there is a Blind Spot (on passenger side) when making a turn, caused by windshield frame and side mirror together. Very dangerous.
