I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

Today was my third time purchasing a vehicle here, and i can't say enough good thing about the service and the staff. I bought a 2015 Lexus NX200t with 65K miles. Andre was my salesperson and let me take my time looking at the vehicle. The vehicle was a one owner so it's in good shape. What everyone needs to remember is that these are used vehicles, so they are not perfect. You have time to look at the Carfax and look over the vehicle. My only beef was that they add almost $1500 for 3 years of LoJack and the vehicle did not have a full tank of gas. But they tell you about everything on the purchase agreement. Everything from dealer fees to taxes are on the sellers agreement. If you don't agree with a fee or service don't buy the vehicle. If you don't know much about condition and wear and tear, bring someone who does. Don't buy a vehicle then complain that you don't agree with something because you didn't do your homework or read the Carfax. Thanks to Andre, Manuel and Leo.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

Joe was an amazing car sales man. He was true to what he said and if he didn?t know the answer he found it out for you. Every time I called Hertz Joe would answer it was like he was running the place. Anytime I went to the dealership Joe was out in the heat showing a customer a car. He is just so great. When we went inside the other car sales men were just sitting around eating or chitchatting. Joe was an amazing experience just in himself I have never felt so confident in buying a car and not feeling preassured or stressed. The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

Our salesman Dalip, was friendly and helpful, the purchase process was smooth and streamlined ! Took the vehicle home on Friday , we noticed an oil leak under the car where the oil filter is! Called Dalip who advised to bring it in on Monday , at Hertz I met salesman Richard, who advised that the on site technician will take a look , he advised that the gasket for the oil filter was loose which led to the leak. Richard advised that the technician did fix it and drove test the vehicle and no more leaks! So far so good no more oil spots on my driveway ! I hope it stays leak free since my wife love that car.

This car is perfect for road trips. It gets great gas mileage and is extremely comfortable. It's so much fun to drive we just want to keep going!!!!
