The CT4 is a real driver's kind of car. It has great style and great performance. Having the Premium Luxury model is nice. The leather seating and cold weather package along with many other luxury items makes you feel special.

I had been searching for a hybrid or PHEV for quite some time and noticed they had one of each listed online, so I scheduled an afternoon test drive. From the moment you arrive, you realize this dealership is extraordinary. They aren’t just focused on making a quick sale—they are genuinely committed to building relationships. Daniel greeted us right away and brought us two bottles of water, then escorted me to the vehicle with my name literally written on a large tag displayed in front of the store. That level of thoughtfulness immediately stood out. Daniel walked me through the exterior features and we began the test drive, during which I was able to test multiple functions and features at my own pace. After returning, he gave me a tour of the dealership and shared the many President’s Awards they’ve earned over the years—clearly well deserved. When it came time to talk numbers, they offered me a great deal. I wasn’t quite ready to commit, but then Joey, the manager, came over and asked if I wanted to drive the car home. I was already seriously considering purchasing it, but that simple act of trust and kindness sealed the deal. I’m almost 50 and a school teacher. I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

Have you ever taken a sentimental journey back to a favorite place only to find that yesteryears landscape may have changed yet the allure and intrinsic beauty of it still shined through filling you with a yearning to make that little spot of the World all yours? Well, that was my reaction when I first saw the CT4. This small Cadillac is very modern looking, yet it inherited the subtle, classic beauty of its distant relatives. The linear lines of its design, (that instantly identifies it as a Cadillac) with a touch of sculpturing make the CT4 appear longer and larger than it is. The handsome modern yet distinctive grill and front end also clearly announces it as unmistakably a Cadillac. Cadillac's designers put some thought in designing the rear of the CT4 giving it an unclutter attractive balanced look unlike many of its competitors' back-ends which shout out "after-thought". (I state my opinion knowing beauty is in the eyes of the beholder). A view of the back of the CT4 boast vertical taillights, another attractive and dateless classic Cadillac signature feature yet modern in their appealing integration around the sides of the rear quarter panels. The Cadillac CT4 presents itself as a nice balance between a small sport and luxury car. I find the modern definition of interior luxury to my liking and its quality and appearance on par, in my opinion, with its competitors which I've sat inside. The CT4 feels like "home". The DIC is easy to read, and the CUE is intuitive and not difficult at all to navigate. Controls are thoughtfully located within reach whether on the steering wheel or on the touch screen. The seats are comfortable and give all the support I need even for a man my size. For a sport car the front seating area of the cabin is surprisingly roomy with plenty of leg room. I do not feel closed-in or cramped in the cabin. As for the rear seating area, it is small and, in my opinion, it is not a car for those with a family nor for those who need to frequently transport others. The trunk is small and not suitable for those who need to haul a lot around. All around visibility when driving is very good and driving safety is augmented by all the safety features that come standard with the CT4. There is very good vision from the large sideview mirrors as well as the rearview mirror. (Speaking of safety features and other desirable options, the Premium Luxury trimline, which I have, offers much more for your money and is well worth considering when looking to buy this Cadillac.). I find I have no difficulty in entering or exiting this car. Some of the many features that tickle my fancy and put a smile on my face are the auto-high/low beam, the rain sensor function, the exterior lighting option which turns on the lights when approaching the car (great safety and convenient option especially at night), the auto locking of the doors (eliminates that nagging question I have when I'm in a rush--"Did I lock the car?"), cornering lamps (so glad Cadillac brought them back). The Bose radio is fantastic. I absolutely love the long linear hood that gives me a sense as to where the front end of the car ends! The CT4 comes with many more options too numerous to list here. The Turbo 4-cylinder engine is powerful and responsive. It took me a couple of days to get use to the fast response and power from it. Driving the CT4 on winding roads is a pleasure and fun. The car moves effortlessly and confidently without swaying. On the straight away it is a pleasure to drive. The ride is comfortable and smooth. I very rarely have the need to drive highways. Most of my driving is local and the car has been consistently averaging around 25 to 26 MPG on premium gas (which is recommended for the CT4). I have not owned this car long enough to attest to the long-term reliability of it but if it is like the other new Cadillacs (and the numerous other GM brand cars) I have owned in the past, it will be trouble-free and very reliable.

today i went in for an oil change, but left with a bigger problem. i had a nail in my tire and my rim was dented. i was super stressed and overwhelmed as this issue could not have came at a worse time. however, isai lopez and chase perry were super kind, helpful, reassuring, and understanding. they helped me with a solution and we worked through the issues. i could not be more grateful for their help today, it means a lot to my family and i. super thankful for their service and support.

The CT4 is awesome ! Styling inside and out is great. Great Power and handling . Excellent fit and finish throughout. Very Happy with CT4. Several safety features are great to have. An underrated excellent Vehicle.

It was a long wait to receive my car but so worth it. The ride is smooth and very quiet. I love my car and highly recommend it. Seat adjustments are comfortable and work well, even fitting a short person like myself. Reverse camera is a wide and realistic coverage, very helpful. Cruise control is a bit different but easy to learn. I suggest, if possible, a spot to set a purse so as not to entwine with legs. Console is larger for necessary documents and very convenient. At first, I detected a swagger in back but now it is not as prevalent, possibly my adjustment to the vehicle.
