Outstanding customer service

I took in a older car for service, my service representative was Danielle Jackson. My first thought was , because my car was old (2004) and in just for an oil change and the free 27 point check , which I made clear, the service I would receive would just be minimal. Well was I wrong , Ms Daniell treated me like I was Fields best customer and was there to have a fleet of cars repaired. I have never had such service, I have had other cars and always will take my car back to the dealer at least once a year just to make sure it's ok and than back to the more conservatively priced shop for the oil change. I often take my BMW in for service and there is no comparison Fields is the best. Danielle took care of me made sure I was able to have something to eat and drink, (which was the best omelette I have had in a while). But the clincher was that I ended up having to leave my car, Ms. Danielle was able to explain just what the problem was and gave me the best service ever. I really was surprised of her knowledge of repairing my car. Well I had to leave big red Danielle put me in a loaner until to car was ready. I wish I could take my BMW to Fields for service.
