Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

This Escalade is much better and refined more than the five previous we have owned. We would recommend this as high quality luxury car above others in the price range

i purchased my Cadillac Escalade from Pepe Motors this year. The price and trade in value was better than any other company. Besides this point, they had the vehicle for me that I wanted. This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

Sewell Cadilac of Dallas was Outstanding. They treated us like an old friend. The whole experience was pleasurable and quickly handled over the phone. All of the details and paperwork was done when we arrived. They took time to explain all of the new vehicle's controls, features and warranty issues. It took about 5 minutes to sign the paperwork on the purchase and we were on our way. i

Generally a good expierience with my purchase. Sales rep Joseph Wright did well going over specifics of the vehicle I had chosen prior to coming into the building. Just had to haggle on price of car since no financing happening, usual back and forth games. For the most part Joseph did a good job during this process. Biggest issue I have is purchasing a vehicle, giving the dealer $29K up front and only getting one key. Car was "used" (just over 5K miles on it) but I got the usual "sold as is" line when I asked for their financial help optaining a second key. Now I have to spen $500 at another Toyota dealer to obtain what should have been provided with car, or at the very least some financial help with obtaining this second key. Like you pay 70% of it and program for free or something like that. But of course it's "we can't do that so I'll take your $29K and you are on your own." Heaven forbid the dealer actually has to reach into their cash stuffed pocket to do the right thing. Certainly not for every used vehicle but at $29K you would think there would be the obligation to provide a complete vehicle and do what is right for a repeat customer.

I have owned this Escalade for a year. Very impressive. Car does what it was designed to do. Luxurious, powerful, comfortable. Most impressive. Gas mileage? No. But, that is not why I bought it. I am very pleased with the car. I grew up with Cadillacs (my Dad currently has three), drove Chevys for years, and now own my first Cadillac. There is a difference! The details, attention to quality, fit and finish, and that beautiful Cadillac crest make owning it special. So nice.

They made the whole process so smooth and hassle free my salesperson was awesome he did the put any pressure or on me and made it really easy i got to take my car home the second day!! I bought a 2024 Chevy Blazer RS last year from this dealership. I needed an oil change and tire rotation done for my Chevy Blazer. The service was excellent! I was given a courtesy wash as well! The service department was professional and friendly. I received help from a salesman to help me with some of the options on my Blazer that I didn't know how to do. He spent a lot of time explaining to me how to set things up. I truly appreciated that! The dealership has a lot of customer space, which is great. It has a coffee, hot chocolate and tea bar along with an area to purchase snacks and other drinks. This is by far the best dealership that I have dealt with! We have purchased many Chevrolets in our lifetime, but Platinum has been our best experience. The only thing this dealership needs is a store to purchase Chevy t-shirts, caps, cups, etc. It would be amazing if GM would make replica cars to match the ones sold (Matchbox/Hot Wheels style). I have looked for a match on my own vehicles.

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

The gas mileage is not good. My headlight went bad The mechanic says These cars are bad for the baluster going out. The wheels sounds squeaky.

Closed deal on a Tuesday. They got me financed on an Escalade ESV-V. Shipped to me from Texas on Friday at 6pm, had the car in my driveway in Riverside, California at 8pm the next day. Robert Perry was the best.

I am shocked with all these negative reviews. I"ve had mine 3 years and no issues. Kids love it, it's got so much room it's ruined other cars for me. This car gives you everything and more than a Range Rover offers, I know this for a fact because my Fiance drives one. Great functional car.

My family is very happy about the new car with it's spacious interior and the drive is very smooth for being such a big luxury SUV. Cadillac did a wonderful update on their flagship SUV and we're very glad to have to tow our 4 kids around.
