I had the most wonderful car buying experience at Prime Mortorz . I am most grateful to the entire team at Prime Morrtz but a spacial thanks to Michael Gadoua for a smooth process throughout the entire deal from start to finish. As most people , buying a car out of state and online is risky. But over at Prime Mortorz, they make you feel confident you are making the right choice. They are externally knowledgeable about their inventory, I was overwhelm with joy when i first my vehicle i selected , everything looked exactly what was described on the vehicle. My sales person, Doug Buchanon, was thorough in showing me the 2017 ATS I found listed on Cars.com. The appraisal of my trade-in went quickly and we reached a deal soon after. I was happy with the experience.
My service rep as well as the service manager went above and beyond to help me out. They know I have had a serious of problems with the vehicle between tire/rim issues, headlights, and computer/electric issues so when 8 month old tires all needed replaced as well as a cracked rim AND the rear shocks/pump they did everything they could to minimize the cost. They recommends tires with a large tread life warranty that at least will be replaced if they run out in 15-20,000 miles like these did which is ridiculous considering nearly all of it is expressway driving in light traffic. I will never buy any tires made by Goodyear again. They also did the service in steps and prevented me from getting recommended work that was not mandatory at the time, not the usual dealership way which was refreshing.
Long story short, the Genesis service team did enough for me to rethink my stance on never buying a Cadillac again. Although they cannot prevent the quality issues or control the cost so odds are I will sell this one in the next 10-13’days and switch back to Ford/Lincoln since I had twice as many miles on those cars and never had half this many issues
My entire experience here has been spectacular.....how buying a car, or anything, should be. I am happy to take the time to review Cadillac of Novi! Peter Yatooma was my salesperson and he was just awesome! They have made me a customer for life.

Garnell Woolridge is a excellent salesman service technician Kevin Bright was very helpful in the service center an the IT specialist Jonathan was knowledgeable setting vehicle radio an mirrors safety setting such as vibrating seats etc
Nice dealership, the only small issue I had was waiting for someone to wait on me. I had a appointment, drove into service bay area, took sometime before a (I think) a manager walked up to me and asked if I was taken care of, said no, he took me to a service person who in turn did help, there was quite a few service people but all were on phones. After that, everything was fine.
Love the service dept. exceptional and knowledgeable help, thank you Kevin!
