Mike worked with the prior owner to transfer the vehicle's extended warranty, and then worked with various shipping companies to get my vehicle delivered to me safely before I had to travel out of town for an extended period. This is the most luxurious car, I have ever owned. I'm used to German makes... BMW and Mercedes. This car rides as well and feels very Germanic. Plus, it's an SUV/Crossover!! I love it!!
