Roger Mayorga was my salesman. He was well informed on the vehicle and made me feel comfortable. Very pleasant and I was happy to work with him. He followed up and is currently having techs look into a Homelink system that is not working on the vehicle. I may up my score to 5 if he gets to the bottom of it. =) Julian Perez completed the process with the paperwork signing. He was welcoming, friendly and made me feel at ease during the process. A few words to warrant considerations: Please do not forget to give your customers very clear explanations of your additional fees and explain the finance paperwork. If it takes 4 hours to get in the finance room, the last step should never be rushed through!

I bought my car a week ago and I love it.I didn't go to the dealership looking for this SUV. I just ask about it thinking I can't afford it the sales said yes you can I was like I can. So I bought it and so far so good. I have a warrant bumper to bumper . Everything is covered and I love that.

I think the car is stylish. It is definitely the right fit for my family and me. The car seemed to be in excellent condition. What I like most about the car is, it rides so smoothly and it handles very well. I almost feel like I'm floating on a cloud while driving. My last car purchase was 20 years ago and I have always purchased foreign cars, but I think I will stick with this brand! I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase.
I have purchased many luxury cars over the years. This was my first experiemce with the Napleton group. Rachel Mason was professional , responsive and friendly at all times. Her follow up was also top notch. Could not be happier with the experience. Overall, 10/10. Your business manager was also fantastic, informatve and friendly.

Compared the disaster BMW X5 4.0e that I own the Cadillac SRX was a standout winner in any comparison. Gas mileage was OK. Onstar is peace of mind at cheap price and unlike the BMW app, the Cadillac iPhone app works every time to lock/unlock or pre-heat/cool the car. I will NEVER make the mistake of choosing a BMW crossover over a Cadillac again.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This car is extremely, dependable, comfortable, has many comfort features above and beyond even a luxury vehicle, the safety features are superior. I will never own anything but a Cadillac again, this is my second one, and I will remain a loyal Cadillac customer.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. We bought the first car we test drove. Has all the bells and whistles and performs great. Not as big or smooth as the DeVille, but it's nice to be up higher.

Great car. Cadillac sold me a damaged car without disclosing the damage. Dealership sold and I had no one left at dealership to support my claim . Bought over a million dollars in cars from GM and they refused to fix my car.

I’m very disappointed ’’ with my SRX 2012 battery replaced won’t start after back in shop paid $ 120 in labor told me nothing found car is starting now ,,,condensation in side $425 repair on that lift gate won’t open now Cadillac service said another $ 500 to repair I’m pissed ’ thinking of trading it in Cadillac sucks ’

This car is an excellent value as a used vehicle. It has the high-end look, feel and features you'd expect from a Cadillac, but is very moderately priced as a used vehicle. Mine has almost 100,000 miles on it and looks, feels and functions like a brand new car.
We could not be happier with our purchase and the service at Chignoli. We worked with Gregg and he was great. He answered our questions whether we contacted him via phone, email or in person. Great local service, which is how we try to shop...Locally! We will continue to buy from Chignoli, this is our third purchase with them.

Very comfortable ride. Love the height from the ground. Only downside are the headlights, the low beams are completely inadequate. The high beams are great.

Following the maintenance schedule will ensure reliability, great performance and better than listed - gas mileage. It's also a very showy and attractive head turner as it shows like a new car due to the ming mirror finish application.
The salesman Ken made the process effortless. He gave a superb presentation and cost analysis of other vehicles we were initially considering. Highly recommend Ken.

I love the style of this car. The exterior is excellent and does not show its age. However, I have had severe issues with this car. Last year my husband spent over $3,200 in repairs on this car. Ridiculous! I’m retired. Now I have a headlight out and the dealership is estimating the cost to be $1,700. My husband had a 2000 Cadillac truck that he kept for 16 years and it was an excellent vehicle with low maintenance and cost at a minimum. No more cadillacs for me.
Highly recommend Lexus in Schaumburg for service and all else. Very polite and accommodating. My 2013 RX 350 needed a new battery. I appreciate the prompt & polite service I received
Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.
