I purchased a used Honda Pilot from AutoSource and it was such a great experience. Josh was awesome, but the car was (is) in excellent condition. For a 2004 with almost 200k miles, I have had it for over a year and have had no issues except regular maintenance. Even my mechanic was impressed with how well the car had been taken care of. I highly recommend theses guys. It is hard to find honest used car companies and plan on buying from them again! Thanks !!

This car is very comfortable, has so many luxurities and drives like a dream. Great gas mileage and we feel very safe driving it lots of car for the money !
Their is no other company like this on the face of the planet. I'm dipping hard in 2016 Yukon. More than anything I appreciate the team there. They are great, funny and easy to deal with. All that crap channel 7 is saying are lies. I stand 100 with sharpest rides.!!!!!

The car has some nice features but our experience with the dealership and the expensive repairs we incurred not long after our purchase made this deal one to regret. The car doesn't ride like any Cadillac I've ever been in, it rides pretty rough even after $600 wheel bearing replacement. The viewing area from the driver's seat is impaired by the design of the car. The borders of the windshield are very wide causing the driver to have to lean forward and backward to ensure nothing is approaching from either direction. Another notable issue is the very dim headlights on low beam. The area viewing ahead of the car is limited at night unless your high beams are left on. The dealership mentioned that the repair costs are excessive which is why they didn't even offer extended warranty. Of course, this was after we had signed most of the papers but even then, I thought the likelihood we would have repairs in the near future would be minimal due to the brand name and the fact that it was only six years old.
Second car we have bought from them. Chaunsey made our experience easy and hassle free. Very professional. We love our car already, her name is "Buddy". J &S

This car has been fantastic. Beautiful inside and out. But as they say, all good things must come to an end. With a growing family we needed a larger car. She asked for something with 3rd seating. Well, happy wife happy life right?
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

I think the car is stylish. It is definitely the right fit for my family and me. The car seemed to be in excellent condition. What I like most about the car is, it rides so smoothly and it handles very well. I almost feel like I'm floating on a cloud while driving. My last car purchase was 20 years ago and I have always purchased foreign cars, but I think I will stick with this brand! I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

Compared the disaster BMW X5 4.0e that I own the Cadillac SRX was a standout winner in any comparison. Gas mileage was OK. Onstar is peace of mind at cheap price and unlike the BMW app, the Cadillac iPhone app works every time to lock/unlock or pre-heat/cool the car. I will NEVER make the mistake of choosing a BMW crossover over a Cadillac again.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

We bought the first car we test drove. Has all the bells and whistles and performs great. Not as big or smooth as the DeVille, but it's nice to be up higher.
Not only did they go above and beyond in all measures to make sure I was satisfied with the car, but you can tell they actually care about you and aren???t just trying to make the sale! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone/everyone! Great sales managers too!

Very luxurious and the 6 cylinder motor has surprising power. The front wheel drive is really solid and it drove like a much bigger car - loved it enough to buy it!
In early November my wife and I decided to purchase a new truck and began visiting several dealerships in the Denver area. We settled on Emich primarily due to the experience we had with Chaz Valdez and a conversation that I had with Wade Seymour. Chaz took the time to understand what our wishes were re: a new purchase, patient with our questions and considerate of my wife and I as we deliberated on making a purchase and selecting just the right vehicle. I bought a used car and after signing the paperwork was handed one car key. I use the cars I buy (8 new and used cars in the past 3 years) for our business so I need two keys. I was told by the sales person that he would take care of it, which after many calls and emails, he has not. A sales manager basically said "you get what we get when we receive the car."
I have never bought a car, new or used, from a reputable dealer, and not received two keys. The fobs are not cheap so I guess they decided that if they ignore me I will just go away.

Car is great. I’ve owned a 2010 and a 2013 Luxery and Performance package. Loved them both. i think I prefer the AWD 3.0 to the 3.5 V6. Roomy and sporty Cadillac
Buying a. car at Arrowhead Automotive was a very nice experience. We found a car that we wanted to look at, but couldn't get there before closing time. so Tim said he would leave the car out in front where we could see it easier. When we got there Tim was still there waiting for us. We where able to check the car out and put down a deposit to hold it. Got it the next day! Tim was great to work with. The best part was they made my wife happy!

I bought my 2010 Cadillac SRX used in 2016. I’ve been driving it going on 3 years now and it has 89,000 miles on it. The only problem I’ve had with it is the radio screen quit working so I drove it to the dealership where it then died. Replaced the battery but then has to pay several hundred to “reprogram” the technology so the radio would work again. This was a cost that was not expected and too much. My only complaint is that it may be nice to have high end technology in your vehicle, but it’s expensive to fix should something go wrong.
Dale, the Service Manager is great! In his absence last Saturday, his colleague, Chris, was also great! They accommodate your timing and service needs and then they deliver.

Great car. Cadillac sold me a damaged car without disclosing the damage. Dealership sold and I had no one left at dealership to support my claim . Bought over a million dollars in cars from GM and they refused to fix my car.
My purchase from Sterling automotive and Ryan was the best experience I have ever had. Zero pressure, zero price haggling, was able to drive any truck I wanted. Ryan was able to answer all my questions about each truck. It’s nice to know I have an honest place to buy my next vehicle.

i do not know or care to learn about cars. Therefore, I go to McCaddons. Jon Berry has been pro-active in caring for my car, with full knowledge that I do not know abut cars. He makes recommendations in a language I can understand and then does the needed work. Better yet he does not recommend unneeded work. I will continue to trust the personnel and service.

I bought my car a week ago and I love it.I didn't go to the dealership looking for this SUV. I just ask about it thinking I can't afford it the sales said yes you can I was like I can. So I bought it and so far so good. I have a warrant bumper to bumper . Everything is covered and I love that.
I had a really great experience at Gebhardt BMW. I was in my first lease and wasn't sure how the process worked. Kelly assisted me through the entire lease end process and made me feel at ease.
