My salesman Jim Herin was the best! Good communicator and always on top of things during the process. I bought my truck on line sight unseen. The photos were beautiful and Jim arranged all of the shipping to get it to me in Nebraska. Aside from needing to jump start the truck to get it off the moving trailer and then putting it on a charger it was just as advertised! I love it. I would work with Jim again when i need to get another vehicle. The finance department leaves something to be desired. I am still waiting on paperwork to prove i own the truck. Finance department is the only reason they did not get 5 stars.

This car is very fancy never owned anything quit like it but I just love color and interior design. I have wanted a srx for awhile and glad I was able to purchase it at an affordable price
Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.
Really satisfied with this car, love driving it!

This was by far the BEST experience we have had purchasing a car. Ther was very little back and forth and was completely painless. We only had to come to the dealership to pick up our truck and only there for a short time. We will for sure be back to purchase our future vehicles here. Compared the disaster BMW X5 4.0e that I own the Cadillac SRX was a standout winner in any comparison. Gas mileage was OK. Onstar is peace of mind at cheap price and unlike the BMW app, the Cadillac iPhone app works every time to lock/unlock or pre-heat/cool the car. I will NEVER make the mistake of choosing a BMW crossover over a Cadillac again.
Phillip was very professional and went above and beyond to try and figure out the issue with my car. Will continue to use the service depot.
Most comfortable and reliable car I ever owned.

This car is extremely, dependable, comfortable, has many comfort features above and beyond even a luxury vehicle, the safety features are superior. I will never own anything but a Cadillac again, this is my second one, and I will remain a loyal Cadillac customer.
My 2009 Sonata started making a horrendous noise on my drive to work yesterday evening. I called to schedule service. Even though it was after service hours, someone was able to set an appointment for first thing this morning. Sadly, the repair would be more than the car is worth???Ray did what he could to help me out, but it was more than I was willing to spend for repairs. He connected me with Brandon, who took into consideration my buying parameters and patiently showed me car after car, trying to meet my needs. I now own a beautiful 2018 Elantra. (Did I mention how patient he was?) Thanks, guys!
Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.
I was shopping for a used Chrysler Town & Country Van in excellent condition that had a 6-way power seat on the front passenger side and was white on the exterior. This particular model was very hard to find and CarMax only had about 4 of these nationwide out of about 340 Town & Country vans that they had in stock. I found one on-line that was in Texas that I liked. I contacted Brian Bricken and he started the process of having this particular van transferred to Tulsa. He called and let me know when it was here and ready to test drive. Brian was very easy to work with during the entire process. I test drove the van and liked it. Then I went through the actual buying process at CarMax which was quick and painless. Once I bought the van I took it to Christian Brothers Automotive on 81st street and for $99 plus tax they did a very thorough inspection and only found a few minor things that they recommended to be fixed. I then made an appointment with the CarMax Service Department and Bob helped me through that process. He gave my an appointment to bring the van and have their tech go through my short list of things that needed fixing. They replaced all the windshield wiper blades. They purchased and installed a rechargeable flashlight that was supposed to be in the van. They they ordered a plastic threshold to replace on that was slightly cracked. They also replace a piece of weatherstripping that had a minor tear in the black rubber. I am very pleased with my entire CarMax experience. Now I understand why there are so very many vehicles running around town with "CarMax" emblems on the rear of the vehicle. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle I plan to go on-line and see what CarMax has to offer.

Great car. Cadillac sold me a damaged car without disclosing the damage. Dealership sold and I had no one left at dealership to support my claim . Bought over a million dollars in cars from GM and they refused to fix my car.
Adrian was very friendly and made us feel at home. He had a good knowledge base of the vehicle. He made the process seem seamless. We enjoyed our day at the dealership. I would highly recommend him to my friends.

Just returned from a long trip and the Cadillac was a comfortable and economical car to drive. Glad we have it!!! For my wife and myself and 2 doggs, the 2,500 miles was a good way to go.
Have owned Cadillac from Don Thornton dealer for 1 1/2 yrs. with continued free oil changes, inspections, and car washes. Pleasant waiting area with big screen t v, tech recharge stations, free drinks/snacks, and always other ride or loaner car if needed. As a 71 yr old widow, I Love this dealership.

My driver side the headlights I'm not happy with that is dim. I took it to the dealer he said he re-adjusted the lamp but still didn't correct the problem. Now I must purchase to bulbs not happy at all. I brought the car in 2016 with very low mileage. If I miss something please let me know this is my retirement car.

Typically I buy a used vehicle so I can afford all the luxuries that come with a fully loaded model. The Cadillac SRX Premium is no exception. It has so many options I am still trying to figure them out. Heated and vented seats with memory settings and lumbar support, moon roof, and bose sound system to name a few. I love the body style and the fact it gets a near 5 star safety rating. It is everything I expected in a mid-size luxury SUV.
We had an excellent experience purchasing a new vehicle. Scott L. was very helpful and made sure we got the exact truck we were looking for!

I think the car is stylish. It is definitely the right fit for my family and me. The car seemed to be in excellent condition. What I like most about the car is, it rides so smoothly and it handles very well. I almost feel like I'm floating on a cloud while driving. My last car purchase was 20 years ago and I have always purchased foreign cars, but I think I will stick with this brand! I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase.
We came in for service on our daughter’s car. Since we were thinking about replacing our Flex we took a stroll through the lot.
We now own a new Edge. Negotiations were not stress filled. All personnel were kind, efficient, and helpful.
We are not new to this dealership. We have purchased the majority of our vehicles here and will continue to do so!

Needed an SUV because I was tired of borrowing
friends trucks when I purchased something big.
And I've wanted a Cadillac since I was 16. And I'm way past that now. So now that I'm older I'm finally driving my dream car.
We bought our Encore here, got a great deal and came back for service because we got the first 2 oil changes free. We will never go anywhere else. Everyone is genuinely friendly and we love the sales people and service department.
