2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

I went to a few dealerships before I chose pine Belt Cadillac. I had different options and different numbers to compare and knew the SUV . I wanted. Got to test drive different models just to make sure I got the one I wanted with the upgrades I tried different SUVs. My sales girl.Gina DiCave took a lot of time to put me in a car that would suit me. She took alot of time explaining to me the vehicle, as I have never had a Cadillac SUV before she was so patient and no pressure since I’m older and don’t have time to be pressured into some thing. Just want to know about what I’m paying for and how all this new technology works. She set my car up and told me to call her if I get stuck on anything. General Sales manager Marc Stango Also went over the numbers and gave me the best deal. I left the dealership feeling comfortable with the dealership and I just love my new XT 5. I bought a 2022 Escalade ESV in 10/2023. From start to finish there was no hassle I saw the vehicle and did not purchase for over 2 months shopping around for a better deal. I went to many Cadillac Dealers across Long Island and they did not take me seriously. When I told them what I wanted my payments to be they didn't even attempt to really search for a vehicle that could match my interests. This Dealership allowed me to test drive without prejudice and also were totally patient until I was finally able to clear title problems with my Credit Unions because of NY State Laws and then Finance with Cadillac. I was shown the vehicle features several times to at least get the vehicle off the lot. My payment was 1265.00.. but now I'm down to 1065.00 per month. I would recommend this Delearship to anyone in the world. They go above and beyond in Customer Service.
