I was out of the dealership pretty fast after my purchase. Jose Perea was a great sales representative to work with. Made my buying purchase easy showed me all the features on the cars.
2023 Cadillac XT5 review
This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Tyler Maclennan was extremely professional and helpful throughout my visit to the Chevrolet service department. What stood out most was that he was one of the first advisors to offer clear guidance on the three services my vehicle needed. He took the time to prioritize them for me, which I really appreciated. Tyler was thorough in explaining what needed to be done and why, making everything easy to understand. He struck a great balance between professionalism and friendliness, which made the entire experience much more comfortable. Highly recommend working with him if you get the chance.

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

Great experience buying my Lexus RX 350 with Matt and Chris. Very professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to deal with. The time spent was well worth it and it went by quite fast with these two. I visited the dealership late morning and drove home early afternoon after checking out the car I was interested in, getting a great value on my trade in, making the decision after lots of questions answered and getting in my nice new car in spotless, showroom floor condition. I love it! Thanks Matt & Chris, it was a pleasure working with both of you !

On yesterday, April 24, I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle I had been wanting for quite some time. Working with the team at Carmax on Independence Blvd in Charlotte, NC was worth the short drive from Columbia, SC. Everyone from Shakiyah (New Sales Consultant), Neil Petersen, Sales Consultant, Caleb (Sales Manager) and my absolute favorite, Kahlil, made my experience one of a kind! Thank you for your professionalism and for making my experience a great one!

2023 Cadillac XT5 review
First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

Easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Great service. Would definitely recommend them to our friends.
2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Fields BMW of NorthfieldReviews
Fields BMW of Northfield review
Coming from another dealer closer to home I had discovered Fields BMW in Northfield. Their customer service is top notch to other BMW dealers I have been to and I have since taken my service and sales business here and have leased my past two vehicles with Fields Auto Group. Ask for Carrie Shapiro, senior client advisor and she will take the upmost care of you! Everyone in the service department is pleasant to work with! In the past have worked with Jerry M., Ed P, and Chris Goodrich and they all take care of you with the same level of care.
2021 Cadillac XT5 review
I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

Ewald Chevrolet, LLC review
Adrian Duenas at Ewald of Oconomowoc was fantastic to work with. He was very informative, patient, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I had worked the night before and was exhausted, and he went above and beyond by bringing the vehicle to my home the next day so I didn?t have to drive while overtired. Truly exceptional service ? highly recommend Adrian.

Although we could not agree on a price, Kourtney was very helpful; very knowledgeable about the product. I enjoyed working with her.
2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

Bentley Northbrook review
I had a great experience buying a used 2016 Hyundai Genesis. The whole team was polite and courteous. They also have a nice waiting room with donuts and refreshments while waiting to sign paperwork. In and out in less than 90 minutes. Our salesman Walen was top notch and a US Veteran. Special thanks to Isaac and Rocco for ensuring we had a great car buying experience. Thank you! Shawn Thomas

Ford City Motors Inc review
Dealership experience was fine. I have a few suggestions to make it better. 1. Have the car I was scheduled to view washed before I arrive. Second suggestion is to have more gas in the car as I was only able to drive a few miles before I had to stop to get gas. Other than that the experience was fine, people nice, car pretty much as described.
2020 Cadillac XT5 review
I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.
