My experience at Grand Prize GMC was a good one, and my salesman Wilbur, was very professional and knowledgeable and worked very hard to get me a deal that worked for me and that I was comfortable with. Wilbur made the entire buying process stress-free and smooth. He made it his business to make sure that I drove away in a new vehicle that day. I will definitely recommend Grand Prize to friends and family and will have them ask for Wilbur. I've already told a couple of friends to see Wilbur when they are ready to purchase. I had a very pleasant experience.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
This is my second purchase through Pepe Cadillac and there is an obvious reason why I keep coming back. The service I received from this dealership was and always has been exceptional. My salesperson, David Persaud and the business manager, Frank Raniilo, both understand what it takes to sell a luxury vehicle... make your customer feel like the most important person in the room and give them what they want. I will continue to come back to Pepe as long as they continue to give me exceptional service.
The sole reason to use a particular Dealership Service Department is simply, "They have earned my business". I have multiple Dealerships that are more convenient but you have to use the one the just gets it done. Gets it done with a smile, professionalism, and never pushes for items I do not need, but makes sure I am safe. Kudos to Ronnie and his outstanding Team!
I worked with Mike and was looking to get a used Mazda 3. Although my credit was fine, I guess i didnt have a strong enough credit history to get a loan with out needing a cosigner or more money down (both which I wasn't able to do). He explained my situation to one of his managers and i was told they will continue to work on getting me approved. Its been almost a month now and no progress has been made. I cant even get a hold of Mike. Ive called/texted him many times and he hasnt gotten back to me. If you cant get it done for me thats fine. But at least text me and give me an update so i dont feel so left in the dark. But anyway, although he seemed like a nice guy in person (never felt pressured), the fact that he kinda ghosted me put me off to this place. Probably wont ever come back or recommend this place to anyone. Get back to me and maybe ill change my mind..
I had wanted a Cadillac for the last 5 years and finally bought a 2015 ATS. This is my favorite car thus far and I traded in a Mercedes! The process to purchase the car was a little awkward since I wasn't financing through them but we worked everything out. It's been almost 2 years and she's still perfect. And that's saying something because I bought a high mileage, former fleet/sales vehicle. My uncle who lives in Queens recently traded in his 1000 year old DeVille for an XTS because he likes mine so much. Great sales and service all the way around. I highly recommend visiting if you're interested in a Cadillac.

I have always leased vehicles, but this is my first Cadillac and Kristina couldn't have made the transition easier, we looked at numerous vehicles and she was so patient with me - made sure I had everything I needed and wanted! I bought a 2014 CTS a few weeks back at this dealership. Chris the Salesmen was very helpful and clearly knew all there was to know about the CTS. The whole group that I dealt with; Including Omar the Pre-sales manager and David the finance manager, were very professional. I liked that the entire sales process was low-pressure. And by the way, Cadillac is starting to put out some really good American alternatives to the typical European trendsetters. Good job guys!
