About a month ago I came looking to trade my old vehicle in for a used car. The salesman I worked with, Josh Arnold, did a great job asking questions about what I was interested in and my budget. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, and genuinely interested in making sure I was happy. I ended up purchasing a used Cadillac, which I am very pleased with. I never felt pressured, got a very fair price on my trade, and was able to work out a deal I felt good about. The entire staff was pleasurable to work with. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, I recommend seeing Josh at Lockhart Cadillac in Greenwood.
I have bought or leased 4 different cars from Toyota of Muncie. The sales agents are top notch and the process was extremely smooth. Mike in financing is excellent to work with. The dealership is a delight to wait for your car while it's being maintained. Clean with a great coffee bar. Overall a very pleasant experience.
I was from out of state and did my shopping using cars.com. I am self employed and was looking for a specific car. They had the best price by far due to the no negotiation pricing structure. We did everything via email until the last day when I called. They sent me exact numbers so I could review. I drove up on a Saturday morning and left with my SUV in 1 hour. Easiest car buying I have ever had.
Our salesman did a superb job. He made us feel right at home and was very knowledgeable in answering our questions including a lot of new information about the vehicle which we did not know.

I live in western Indiana and had spent several hours on the internet trying to locate the 2018 Silverado crew cab that I wanted. I found it at Herlong in Batesburg-Leesville. I spoke with a very friendly and easy-to-talk-to Reed. After agreeing on a deal, I with my two granddaughters drove 700 miles to Herlong. Everyone I met at the dealership was pleasant and friendly and made me feel they were truly appreciative of my business. As we were leaving I was very impressed when Reed and his sales manager both came out, shook my hand and thanked me for my business. It is a class organization! I would recommend them to anyone.

They looked at our car again, and did find the nails. They kindly replaced the tires.
Tom Henion contacted me several times to offer his assistance in finding my next leased car...he was knowledgeable, friendly on the phone and couldn???t have done more to help me find a vehicle that met my needs. Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
Nice people and they not out to scam you and thats rare very rare. They are very up front and gimmicks or game running and they let you decide what you want to do instead of just trying to get paid if they sell you a car.
Bill and Fred were great. Gave us a great deal. Almost no haggling. Wait was a bit long, but worth it. I would go back.
