I checked around at several dealerships, and nobody could get me approved for a car. A friend recommeded for me to Call Ryan Oneal Autos. All I did was go to there website and submit a credit app. After that Jason contacted me and asked if I could swing by later that day, he said he could probably get me in a car. My car had a blown engine and I still owed the bank money on it. They worked it out and low and behold I have a new car. Thanks to everyone at Ryan Oneal's and all the hard work you guys put in for me.

They were honest and helpful. I have purchased many vehicles over my 50 years. I have bought from other dealers in Amarillo and around the State of Texas. I will not make those mistakes again. This car drives well, feels good, and is inexpensive to own. It services like a Chevy, Uses Regular Gas, I am not worried about driving it through the car wash. The Trunk is enormous and the back seats fold down for even more space.
The recent service work on my car was taken care of by Ann Smith she always does a great job of explaining the process and is a pleasure to work with I have always been happy with the work done and the way I am treated

While traveling cross country in my 2017 Winnebago, we blew an AC line 50 miles east of Amarillo on the 4th of July. The great service people at Gene Messer got us in before 8:00 am on the 5th and had the problem diagnosed by 10:00 am. Replacement part ordered, delivered and installed the next morning. Job completed and MH back on the road by 10:30 am. Great service, great people! They really helped minimize impact to our travel plans.

Cadillac is suppose too be cream of the crop worst car ever tried out horrible gas millage 13 miles too the gallon city 15 highway horrible and terrible time with the handle push button get u stuck in car
Pulled in to the service department and was quickly greeted by a service rep. It didn???t take long to get the ball rolling. I was then ushered in to the waiting area and offered something to drink and a snack. After a while I was sent a video of a service tech performing the service routine. It didn???t seem like I was there very long when my Tundra was ready. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. I???ll be back.

Like it very much nice car and it was the one of choice out of three and it was Cadillac CTS and e350 Mercedes and Lexus 350 and I chose the Cadillac CTS
Excellent service. Met immediately upon arrival. Facility was very nice. Personnel were friendly and courteous. I would recommend Street Toyota to any potiential vehicle buyer as their service department is 1st rate.

THIS IS THE FIRST CAR IN 15 YEARS THAT I HAVE KEPT MORE THAN 2 YEARS. IT HAS STYLE AND CLASS NOT TO MENTION SPEED, YES I HAVE THE PERFORMANCE AN I LOVE IT.

I LOVE THIS CAR. The interior is beautiful as well as the exterior but I happened to see the interior a lot more so that’s why am commenting on it. It drives beautifully I got the black rims with the White Cadillac looks gorgeous
After countless rude and shady salesmen these guys were a breath of fresh air. Didn't bat an eye at running a Carfax, replacing the windshield or even putting new tires on. I will definitely look here for my next car!

The Escalade was one of the best cars I owned. Just had to finally move on when the new house garage did not like the size. Retirement living has its shortcomings.

I think the car is stylish. It is definitely the right fit for my family and me. The car seemed to be in excellent condition. What I like most about the car is, it rides so smoothly and it handles very well. I almost feel like I'm floating on a cloud while driving. My last car purchase was 20 years ago and I have always purchased foreign cars, but I think I will stick with this brand! I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase.
From the receptionist to the mechanic, Brown GMC is a Company worth trusting. The salesman is their from meeting you to selling you your vehicle of choice and going beyond his duty. Even as far as to wish you Happy Birthday. They care about your vehicle maintenance issues being taken care of. They also accepted my input of what could be wrong. Gotta Love this place.

This car is luxurious and the smoothest ride I have ever owned. Has all the creature comforts plus. It is an eye pleaser and will get up and go. Loving it!

Very comfortable ride. Love the height from the ground. Only downside are the headlights, the low beams are completely inadequate. The high beams are great.
My sister and brother in law both recently purchased cars from Jason. When I needed acar he was very helpful with both finding me the car thatI wanted but also with financing. My mom has now also bought a vehicle from him. We would all recommend Ryan O'Neal autos and Jason Bass.

My newly purchased 2014 SRX is the most luxurious vehicle that I've ever drove and owned. It far exceeded my expectations, even after researching other luxury crossovers and reading reviews on the SRX. Makes being stuck in traffic so much less stressful; at times, even pleasurable. Rides and handles like a dream too. Nothing but an exceptional vehicle with high praises in performance, looks, and comfort.
I always call on Serena Bailey when I need some work done on my car. She is always helpful and gets business done efficiently.
Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.
Edgar, Moses, and Nick went above and beyond my expectations. All questions and any concerns, which were minor, were answered and taken care of promptly. I felt very respected and satisfied by my buying experience.
I will be a Brown customer for life!
