Mike Carrozza, from the moment i pulled in took care of me. I had issues with my hood and door check with Rust and called it into FORD right away and got back to me with a solution on the same day. Something you do not see in customer service anymore. From Taking in my car for repair (Which took a week) he kept in touch with me every step along the way. And to go far and beyond made sure all the services in my Vehicle were up to date. He is a key asset to maintenance and service department at GUS MACHADO FORD and look forward to doing maintenance with your team for a long time.

Great attitude! Everything was nice, our dealer was very honest and supportive, he tried to keep everything within our price range. Never had such good attention at a dealership. Will probably come again with other friends and will recommend him.
Roger was excellent. If i could give him more stars i would. The service department is great and received professional service with respect to the service personnel and the quality of work performed. However, it took 50 minutes for me to get a loaner vehicle and the people working in the rental car department were not friendly and courteous. There definitely needs to be a lot of improvement in the loaner car department. It needs more staff and training that staff to make the customer feel appreciated.
