I leased my first Encore over two years ago at "another" dealership close to my home. Bruce Carrington was the sales person and took the time to determine what car would best fit my needs. It never occurred to me to lease in the first place and I never thought that an Encore would be just perfect for me. Whenever I had a question I called Bruce. I followed him to Eagle and again was taken care of; additionally, Bruce introduced me to the great staff and management. Yes, I will have to drive a little further to have my new 2018 car serviced but I believe it will be well worth it. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - a beautiful showcase and office space, very open and bright with inviting staff. I believe if you go there you will be very satisfied with the care and service extended to you.

Jamie Weinberg was amazing. Between him and Denise I have never had such an easy flowing experience when buying a car. With that said, I haven't bought a car in eleven years. Have nothing much to say but good after our first experience with the Eagle Buick GMC. Dealership. They invited us to test drive some of the 2018 leftover cars. We had been talking about getting a new vehicle so we talked it over and decided to see what was available. We requested the salesman that we had the first time as we were very pleased with him Shields Gay. We were met by Shields shortly upon our arrival. We told him we been looking into the GMC Terrain thinking it might fit our needs. He showed us the SLE Terrain nothing fancy but it seems to fit our needs. We test drove it pretty much made the decision that's what we wanted, also test drove the a SLT Terrain love it, but it was a little out of our budget. Shields explained about the lease program which we had negative thoughts about since we purchased our prior 2004 GMC Envoy when we lived in New York. Not happy about that at all. Like the idea at the end of lease we knew what the purchase price would be. Our finance guy was patient with us because we still had questions which he seemed to be knowledgeable about. After that we were comfortable with our decision to try the lease program. Looking forward to future visits for servicing our new car. Always have had a pleasant experience working with this dealership.

My dash keeps saying service transmission had it back the the dealer 3 times and it has yet done it again so back to the dealer again! The interior has faded terribly and I keep it in my garage I work at home. The interiors seems cheap to me. The tires have faded they look so ugly. I am not satisfied with my XT5 at all. Key fobs went dead after 2 1/2 years so everytime I unlocked my doors the car alarm would go off so embarrassing. I am currently leasing it and plan on turning it back in when the lease is up and buying something else. I would of bought this XT5 but way too many issues.
Came in just to test drive a couple specific cars and left with an awesome vehicle we weren't expecting to love. Al Garcia helped us out today and it was an absolute pleasure. Everything from finding a car that fit our needs and price range to the little things like coffee and clean bathrooms, 10 out of 10. Friendly atmosphere and no one was pushy, they let the cars sell themselves. My mom now has a comfortable car that accommodates her disabilities.

This car fulfilled my every need when it comes to driving a smooth luxury ride. I hate to part with it, but I have two vehicles and one must go..
I purchased an extended warranty on a used truck, actually 4. Paint. Interior, carpet, upholstery. Engine. Wheels and tires The interior warranty will not pay for a cracked dash or defective seat belt. Also waiting on resubmittial to replace dash from August. Paint is cracking on hood still waiting from August to see if they are going to pay. To repaint. These are third party warranties and the dealership is working within their guidelines so this isn???t a dealership issue other that that is the warranty they were selling at the time. The drivetrain and engine warranty has been great and I forgot I also purchased a 5th warranty for dings and that warranty was great. So I still wait but figure I will have to go see if the dealership will refund them. Again, staff and dealership are spot on with their service and staff my issue is with a 3rd party warranty.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this car! Beautiful exterior and luxurious inside. Performance is more than enough to get you onto highway and zip through traffic. The only complaint that i see for some people would be the access into rear seat. BUT who buys a sport coupe to haul the family around.
Had my XTS flatbedded to Village Cadillac in Homosassa Florida. Initially spoke and worked with Nick. He set up a loaner for me so I could be on my way. Debbie called with updates on the car . The job was complete in 2,days (parts ordered) and my wife picked it up. Great job, thanks !

I bought an off-lease 2017 with 36k miles. I've driven it for a couple of months and love it so far. The auto stop/start takes a little getting used to, and if I'm going through a drive thru I sometimes pull it down into Manual just so it doesn't stop and start so many times.
The exterior styling turns heads, and the interior is very luxurious and comfortable. It's a true pleasure to drive, and the automatic braking has already prevented a possible collision in a parking lot. The lane keep assist is also a great feature, especially if you are someone who gets sleepy driving.
I previously took my Chevy Cruze at this location for service for 2 years until trading it for a truck. I continue to take my vehicles to Register Chevrolet for all my service needs. The service department is clean,well organized,friendly,knowledgeable and efficient. What more can you ask for and as a woman consumer I have never felt taken advantage of.
