Richard Johnson greeted us when my husband and I walked into Lovering Volvo. He was perceptive and clearly understood our interests. From the test drive through the negotiations, Richard was helpful, professional, kind and respectful! We were impressed with the dealership and availability of the cars that interested us. This was a good choice for us!
Great, easy, personable experience. I would recommend you give them a look if you are in the market for a car. As with any big purchase, do your homework, know the value of your trade, no the value of the car you want, understand where you stand if you need financing. If you do everything beforehand it makes things easier and more realistic for everyone involved.

My wife and I shopped allot of places but once I arrived at highline and experienced the fast, professional team here and how Chad went out of his way to help with a whole group of people working to find what we wanted ( and we tried allot of cars ) I knew this was the place! They were so easy to work with and personable. When it came time to buy I was shocked at the low finance rate Mark got us, he is a great guy, all these guys are great and they get it done! This is the second car I have bought from Best Auto Bargain. I came back to them because of the pleasant experience I had when I bought my first car from him. I felt that I was being treated with total honesty and professionalism.I really appreciated the time they took with me making sure I understood all the features of my new car. I know I can come to Best Auto Bargain with any questions or concerns and can do so easily via the internet. I plan on keeping this vehicle for a while, but when the time comes for me, or any other family member, to get a vehicle we will be back.

Our salesman (Alex) was excellent, made the process enjoyable. He was patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant throughout the whole sale. Looked at multiple vehicles and options and ended with what we wanted at a fair price.
Baker Cadillac was the third location we stopped at while shopping for a top quality, reliable yet affordable SUV. I really wish we went there first but as they always say, you can’t recognize good unless you’ve seen bad. The first two dealers we visited weren’t concerned about the customer experience but only the sale. Randy at Baker Cadillac was the easiest salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions with a patient cheerfulness that has left a lasting impression on me and my family!
You're greeted as soon as you drive into the sheltered area by a service rep who is very polite and attentive. You wait in the lounge area with coffee or cold drinks. When service is completed, your vehicle is washed and vacuumed.
One can also call for service and your vehicle will be picked up and exchanged for a loaner while its being serviced and returned to you.
The reason for only three stars for facilities is because the waiting area, though comfortable, is more like an afterthought; a cubby arranged off the side of a passageway.
All in all, this is a great place.
I was totally satisfied with my recent service experience at Baker Cadillac.
Everyone was very courteous from the moment I got there to when I was leaving.
The waiting area is very comfortable with excellent choices of coffee.
Although I did not purchase my 2005 Cadillac at Baker Cadillac I have used
their service department for the past 7 years.
I have always been treated as if I bought my car there .

My Cadillac DeVille was in for service on Wednesday. Received my load. Went over what was to be done. All service was very good. The only exception was the Complete Detail I had done. The trunk was not touched. When brought to the attention of Megan in Service they took the car back. Pulled out the covering in the trunk, quick vacuum and then THREW the coverings, etc., back in the trunk. You would think they would have put the coverings back the way they were. Other times I've had detailing done everything was perfect. All was good except the trunk. Next time will be better. Thank you Baker's for all your good service.
The best place I’ve ever been for a vehicle the only thing I can say without writing a whole paragraph is if u want the most help and best service with people who won’t set u up to fail and invite u in like you have known each other for years come herand ask for Shawn Welch he was above and beyond amazing
