I think it's worth every penny paid for its very reliable and smooth on the road luxurious and very fuel efficient which is a big plus coz normally luxury cars are gas guzzlers and much more
Always great checking in with Rick; he's always very friendly and professional. The estimate I got was the oil/filter change would take an hour and you finished up in about 50 minutes. My car looked great - job well done by the entire staff.

The Cadillac CTS is the best car I have ever owned. Purchased the car new and have driven over 9000 miles. The car rides great and the 2.0T (turbo) motor is very responsive. I was surprised at the acceleration and pep the motor has. It is quiet and the technology is easy to use and set up. I am a physician and am on call frequently. Reliability is a MUST for me. I love the car.
Everyone we dealt with was professional and easy to work with. A great experience. We have purchased several cars in the past, and Alex by far was the best salesperson we???ve ever dealt with. Low pressure, honest, and personable.

Thank you Kuni for fixing my 2010 Chevrolet Camaro. The passenger door handle broke and it was difficult to get out. Art ordered the part and was installed two weeks later. Now my car is running great again

HEATED SEATS ARE A JOKE DON'T EVEN GET LUKE WARM, DEALER SAYS THAT'S JUST THE WAY THEY ARE, FOR $100K THEY SHOULD WORK. I WENT ON INTERNET EVERYONE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM SINCE 2015 WHEN SOME DUMB xxx ENGINEER DECIDED TO CHANGE TEMPERATURE CONTROL, IT'S BEEN THE SAME FOR ALL THE YEARS EVEN THE 2019'S, WHY HASN'T THIS BEEN FIXED?
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

The performance is great and it has all of the extras that I could want like Bluetooth and Android Auto, Intellibeam headlights, Heads Up Display, Lane Keeping Assist, SiriusXM, heated seats and steering wheel, and much more. Decent mileage for the great acceleration and power.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I bought this car as an upgrade from a Cadillac ATS. Besides looking great, it drives wonderfully. The car handles great, is fast and amazingly comfortable.
The 3.6 liter V6 gets pretty good gas mileage, and is very responsive. The all wheel drive is a confidence builder.
I get compliments about my car all the time.
The warranty is excellent, and the service department is great.
This is not a cheap car, but compared to it’s competition, the CTS is affordable.
I love to drive the CTS on winding mountain roads and it is also a comfortable highway cruiser.
During recent winter weather driving I was kept safe and felt confident while using the snow and ice setting.
If you are looking for a midsize luxury/performance sedan, the Cadillac CTS should definitely be on your short list.
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

DO NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT I CAN HEAR THE ENGINE , SOUND PROOFING, OR ENGINE SHOULD BE IMPROVED. DASHBOARD CONTROLS ARE CONFUSING COULD BE MORE USER FRIENDLY.
Every individual at this dealership was very kind, understanding, and committed to helping me leave the dealership completely statisfied with my purchase and payment. They were courteous and sensitive to my needs and I left extremely happy and pleased. They really did above the average dealer to help their customer. The general manager worked very hard to get me low interested rates, a do able payment, low down, and 100% satisfaction. The dealer did not try to sell me something I did not want. He worked very hard to help me find the car that was mine. And the financing manager was kind and worked fast. I’m retired and my son knew I was a fan of GM. He talked me out of a Chevrolet Impala and suggested the Cadillac. The price of the ATS was comparable to the upscale Impala. I’m closing on fifty thousand miles and I have had a few MINOR recalls (expected) and no operating issues. A safe bet! She’s a four turbo.
I helped my parents look for a vehicle and came across a 2012 Mercedes GLK350 that they really liked. The car had about 42K miles on it and was in immaculate condition. They've owned the car now for over a year and it has been flawless. The gentleman in the office helped with financing and while we were just looking at the vehicle he allowed us to browse without breathing down our necks. He actually stayed back by the showroom doors until we waved him down. It's hard to find used car dealers like this that don't have to try and cover up things to sell their cars. We've had that experience before elsewhere. These guys don't play that type of bs. They actually care about their reputation.

This car drives well, feels good, and is inexpensive to own. It services like a Chevy, Uses Regular Gas, I am not worried about driving it through the car wash. The Trunk is enormous and the back seats fold down for even more space.
I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.
Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.
