Thank you Joe…you made the whole transaction for my car comfortable and friendly. I was happy with the way you explained things clearly and broke down areas that were a little confusing and/or hard to comprehend. It was a pleasure meeting you. God bless you and your family. Again, thank you.😊

CarMax Mechanicsburg review
Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!
2019 Cadillac CTS review
I loved my CTS. I owned a 2014 CTS 3.6 AWD. In my opinion, the 2014-2019 body style was not only the best CTS body style, but one of the best looking sedans ever! The drive of this care was phenomenal. Though I was not racing or a professional racer with my CTS, the acceleration and handling was out of this world. I would hands down buy this car again!

2013 Cadillac ATS review
I've owned this car for 4 years now. It is my 1st Cadillac and I just love it! The ATS is reliable no matter what the weather. It's quick and powerful yet, great on gas mileage. It has all the features you could ever want: 2 wheel, or all wheel driving, heated seats, heated steering wheel, sunroof, programable garage door button, sync cell phone for hands free, push button start, remote start, can even start car from Google/Alexa. Has standard Apps on touchscreen for NAV, Weather, OnStar and Pandora (music). Love the sound quality from the Boise speakers. Despite all the features that I love; There are a couple of design flaws of the car: ATS has a sporty design, it is low rider. For sure it's a smooth ride, however it being so low you do feel all the bumps in the road and slowing down for railroad tracks is a must. I'm only 5'2 and have to step down to get into it. Anyone close to 6 foot tall will bump their knee or head getting into it. As for cabin room, it is tight quarters. This vehicle is not for the driver who likes to carry a lot of things in (their) car. The trunk is small and very little storage inside the cabin area. The front seat has standard small glove box, a small hidden compartment but still too small to really store & access everyday items like sunglasses, coins/change or cell phone. The biggest and most costly Con about the car is getting the headlamp(s) changed. You can't do it yourself, it's too tight of an area to get your hand in the light housing area. It's designed to where you have to take it to a mechanic and they will have to literally remove the front bumper to get access and getting this done is costly expense. Luckily the headlights don't burn out often, but it is a added expense to have in mind. Over all, it is the best vehicle I've owned and I have a wonderful experience driving my ATS and I will drive it until it can't go anymore, then I'll most likely get another!

I have a 2013 XTS Platinum. I brought it with 46k miles on it. I now have 209k and had 0 issues out the engine and transmission so far. I want a newer CT6 or a 2019 XTS but I'm not in a rush because this car has been the most reliable car I ever owned

2017 Cadillac ATS review
I have had this car for 3 years so far. I love it! The car itself is very lively and can speed up very quickly. It is a comfortable car to sit in and while it is small that is why I bought it. The leather seats are comfy, and the seat warmers work well. It is great on gas mileage, and I find it does not take above 50$ to fill up. I commute to work daily, and this car is reliable and fun. I have had issues with this car such as the transmission wire harness needing to be replaced and the rear axle dif leaking and needing to be replaced. I also had an engine crank shaft house crack and that caused my car to stall. Other than these few minor issues it has been great. The car has a decent entertainment system but sometimes the CUE system lags a little bit. The electronic readings on my fuel MPG and my fuel tank estimate are wrong usually but they are about correct to the true reading. I would buy this car again.

2007 Cadillac DTS review
I work the GM for a few years my dad retired from GM after 32 years I started doing mechanical work on cars my dad I picked out a Cadillac 2007 DTS for him and it was on the lot in 2009 when he went and got it didn't have any miles on it I told him to trim little trim the best Cadillac in the world get it you got it he had it from 2009 until he passed 2014 and then I paid it off for my mom and she kept her 2023 last year when she passed and then became my car it's a beautiful car I've never had to replace one thing except for a headlight and it's easy you do not have to take off the bumper you have to loosen it up and you have to turn the light on a slight angle to take it out and it comes right out and I replaced that ball twice once for my dad and once for myself turn out you want to take it off and then mechanic for 20 years of killings it is a beautiful car ride for the dream I love it I'll never get rid of it I don't drive in the winter time just to summertime !

Mercedes-Benz of LancasterReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Lancaster review
We have always had great service from sales and service at Mercedes of Lancaster. Our car and Sprinter have been well cared for. The best measurement of quality goes beyond excellent sales and service outcomes. The highest excellence can be measured by the professionals present. And the strongest indicator of a competent and reliable professional is when the customer's needs override management and systemic structures. And that is exactly what Angela Ecenrode did when I requested a car as a loaner. The "system" provides a car for customers having a car serviced and a Sprinter for customers having a Sprinter serviced. I requested a car for the day I had our Sprinter in for service. Not typically done - BUT Angela did not allow the established system stand in the way of customer satisfaction.

Bobby Rahal Toyota review
Cody Sofranek is absolutely 💯 wonderful, He is the reason I purchased my vehicle from Bobby Rahal of Lancaster dealership. Cody answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. He explained step by step what to expect through out the whole car purchasing experience. I had several offers from other dealership with less mileage and discount for the same Lexus I ended up purchasing at Bobby Rahals. Cody is a no pressure sales person and was excellent to work with. That was the deciding factor on why I purchased my vehicle at this dealership. I can't say enough about Cody's top notch customer service. Thank you Cody I truly appreciated working with you and I'm loving my beautiful Lexus.

Great experience, Antoine Richardson was my sales associate and immediately assisted me over phone with a Jeep I have been eyeing for sometime. He worked out some numbers before my long drive but it was well worth it. Very good person, took me for test drive and spoke like we knew each other. Meet the finance manager and she awesome as well, just pretty cool experience. Would buy again from the dealership!!!

Radley CadillacReviews
Radley Cadillac review
I recently purchased a Honda Civic Type R from this dealership (8/11/26) and they were amazing to work through the process and paper work of purchasing it! They even delivered the vehicle to my home at no extra cost. The vehicle I bought had an AC issue that they fully disclosed and agreed to fix, but when they took it to Honda the first time it did not fix it fully. So I gave them a call back telling them that it was not working currently fully expecting them to fight me on paying for it (Like all other dealerships). However, with no hesitation they told me to bring it to another Honda dealership locally and they would pay for the repairs entirely no matter the cost! So now I have a perfect car with a fully refreshed AC system that I did not have to spend a dime on. Thanks again yall for the amazing service! I fully recommend purchasing a vehicle through them as they are really there to help you out
2022 Cadillac CT5-V review
This has got to be one of the favorite cars that i have purchased. All Black, White interior, CT5-V (non-Blackwing). There is ample power via all wheel drive to get out of its own way. Handling with the magnetic ride suspension is incredible, with it being a very comfortable highway ride, but put it into track mode and it really kicks xxx! The car is very solid, unlike other cheaper sedans i have had as rentals. Interior is nice, plenty of room, and very comfortable massaging seats. While this isn't the CTS-V with 600 HP, this is a great alternative for an everyday car, that can handle winter, but still give you a great thrill!

MIRACLE BUICK GMC OF KUTZTOWN review
The first day I showed up no one assisted me or asked me any questions so I left. I then reached out asking if the vehicle was still available and was responded to very quickly. When I showed up to look Jeremy helped me right away and was very kind. Let me see all the seats because I am looking for a third row. Unfortunately that car was not right for me and he didn’t make me feel bad or like I wasted his time he was just happy to help me. I really appreciated that.

MIRACLE BUICK GMC OF KUTZTOWN review
Showed up at the dealership from 2 hours away without calling first. Luckily the car was still there. Ricky Dietrich was incredibly helpful and walked us thru the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everyone at the dealership was great but he stood out seeming like he genuinely cared about what we needed rather than just getting a sale. I highly recommend them to anyone and have already sent in 2 customers in the past 6 months who were also treated great.
2021 Cadillac CT5 review
The CT5 3.0 premium car is fantastic. Price was not an issue when I was shopping. Compared to Mercedes, BWM the CT was best. Great power and comfort with all the latest technology

Outten Chevy of Hamburg review
We bought our last 5 vehicles from Outten Chevrolet in Hamburg, PA and honestly, I wouldn't look anywhere else. They've always been honest and upfront with us and they try very hard to make the customers experience as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend them! By the way, ask for Dan. He's done right by us every time!
