2022 Cadillac CT4 review
Have you ever taken a sentimental journey back to a favorite place only to find that yesteryears landscape may have changed yet the allure and intrinsic beauty of it still shined through filling you with a yearning to make that little spot of the World all yours? Well, that was my reaction when I first saw the CT4. This small Cadillac is very modern looking, yet it inherited the subtle, classic beauty of its distant relatives. The linear lines of its design, (that instantly identifies it as a Cadillac) with a touch of sculpturing make the CT4 appear longer and larger than it is. The handsome modern yet distinctive grill and front end also clearly announces it as unmistakably a Cadillac. Cadillac's designers put some thought in designing the rear of the CT4 giving it an unclutter attractive balanced look unlike many of its competitors' back-ends which shout out "after-thought". (I state my opinion knowing beauty is in the eyes of the beholder). A view of the back of the CT4 boast vertical taillights, another attractive and dateless classic Cadillac signature feature yet modern in their appealing integration around the sides of the rear quarter panels. The Cadillac CT4 presents itself as a nice balance between a small sport and luxury car. I find the modern definition of interior luxury to my liking and its quality and appearance on par, in my opinion, with its competitors which I've sat inside. The CT4 feels like "home". The DIC is easy to read, and the CUE is intuitive and not difficult at all to navigate. Controls are thoughtfully located within reach whether on the steering wheel or on the touch screen. The seats are comfortable and give all the support I need even for a man my size. For a sport car the front seating area of the cabin is surprisingly roomy with plenty of leg room. I do not feel closed-in or cramped in the cabin. As for the rear seating area, it is small and, in my opinion, it is not a car for those with a family nor for those who need to frequently transport others. The trunk is small and not suitable for those who need to haul a lot around. All around visibility when driving is very good and driving safety is augmented by all the safety features that come standard with the CT4. There is very good vision from the large sideview mirrors as well as the rearview mirror. (Speaking of safety features and other desirable options, the Premium Luxury trimline, which I have, offers much more for your money and is well worth considering when looking to buy this Cadillac.). I find I have no difficulty in entering or exiting this car. Some of the many features that tickle my fancy and put a smile on my face are the auto-high/low beam, the rain sensor function, the exterior lighting option which turns on the lights when approaching the car (great safety and convenient option especially at night), the auto locking of the doors (eliminates that nagging question I have when I'm in a rush--"Did I lock the car?"), cornering lamps (so glad Cadillac brought them back). The Bose radio is fantastic. I absolutely love the long linear hood that gives me a sense as to where the front end of the car ends! The CT4 comes with many more options too numerous to list here. The Turbo 4-cylinder engine is powerful and responsive. It took me a couple of days to get use to the fast response and power from it. Driving the CT4 on winding roads is a pleasure and fun. The car moves effortlessly and confidently without swaying. On the straight away it is a pleasure to drive. The ride is comfortable and smooth. I very rarely have the need to drive highways. Most of my driving is local and the car has been consistently averaging around 25 to 26 MPG on premium gas (which is recommended for the CT4). I have not owned this car long enough to attest to the long-term reliability of it but if it is like the other new Cadillacs (and the numerous other GM brand cars) I have owned in the past, it will be trouble-free and very reliable.

2025 Cadillac CT5 review
Nice car and the car is pretty fast for a 4 cylinder and it gets 32 mpg. Hwy.!!! beautifull interoor although a little bit cramped but it has all the amenities i need!! As nice of a car as this is i will keep it for a long time!!! it's cheaper to maintain than european rivals and i think for the smaller engine it has more get up and go than my older 2020 toyota corolla!!!

2025 Cadillac CT5 review
I only drive about 1500 miles annually. Last year (2024) I bought two of these cars, identical except for interior and exterior colors. No mechanical issuers to date. But the car is too hi-tech for me. I have little knowledge about what many of the knobs, buttons, computer swipes, etc. actually do. The owners manual, which you can purchase for an additional $50 is over 450 pages, I have yet had the time to read it. It comes with a sun roof which I did not want, but had no choice but to get it. It is very complicated, I liked the less complicated cars of yesteryear much better.

I very recently bought a 2025 LYRIQ from the Sewell family. I have exclusively driven Acura’s (10ea) for the past 15 years but decided to take the plunge and go all electric. Acura didn’t have a good option, so I did my research and settled on the LYRIQ as the best option balancing design, reliability, and the features I wanted. I tried a dealership in the far North Houston area and while they were nice, they lacked follow up when I decided to make a purchase. I then tried Sewell and am so glad I did. I have to say it was the most hassle-free experience to buy a new car in nearly 50 years of experience. My salesperson was Cailee Thames, and she was fabulous. She answered all my questions, and I very quickly got what I think was an exceptionally fair price, based on my research. I never had to go through the traditional drill of “let me get the sales manager” who then wants to upsell. I dealt only with Cailee. Since I needed my wife to come back and make the final decision, I was prepared to pay a deposit to hold it, but Cailee said that’s not the way they do business. A handshake held the car for several days before we could get back. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and focused on the customer. All the closing documents were done online and provided in print form. Of course, the car was flawless, inside and out. About a week after I got the car, I decided I wanted to get the Tesla charger adapter. I called the closer dealer, and they quoted me $400+ so I went back to Cailee who got it for me at $225, as we had discussed earlier. I live a long way from them and wanted it shipped to save the drive and expected I’d have to pay for shipping, but no, the parts department said they would take care of it, and it went out the same day. So, my bottom line is that the Sewell dealership does treat you like a “customer for life” from the beginning of the experience. I can highly recommend buying from Sewell, even if they are not the closest to you. And if you’re lucky enough to be assigned Cailee, you’ll be even happier .

There were no hidden fees, they were transparent about small cosmetic flaws we would never have see in pictures but since we couldn’t be there in person she sent us videos walking around the car showing every detail. Small flaws were repaired for us before the car shipped. Literally, the car is better than we could have hoped for! It stands to reason that the atmosphere at a luxury showroom would differ from the chaotic, high-pressure environment at most dealerships ... and such is the case here. I inquired online about the SUV I was interested in, and was promptly contacted via text (at my request, no phone call) by Walter Dillard. We were warmly greeted on arrival, and the test drive went well. Two other cars were on our short list, and we advised Walter that we'd contact him if the '19 XT4 Premium Luxury was our choice. There was absolutely none of the typical annoyances when leaving most places without pursuing a sale ... no manager, no "price is good for today only", but rather a thank-you, with the hope that we'd choose the Cadillac ... never even went back into the showroom. After checking out the other possibilities, we decided that the XT4 was the best of the bunch. Meeting the following morning, we further explored the tons of features (Walter really knows his products) and sat down to begin what is generally a tortuous, confrontational experience. To our delight, the negotiation was calm and very professional. Even the offer for our trade-in was realistic. The usual back-and-forth-to-management thing played itself out, and we came to terms on probably the third exchange. We'd like to have paid a bit less (who wouldn't) but given the fact that they included free vehicle pickup and delivery for service (including a loaner), as well as the first three oil changes (full synthetic), it was fair compensation. This is not to say that Peacock is immune from some "car game" practices. The Certified XT4 was priced at $X, but an additional charge was added for certifying the vehicle, along with a "reconditioning fee" (isn't getting it ready for sale a cost of doing business?) and "dealer service fee" (I thought dealer prep was a thing of the past) ... so we're now at $X plus about $3k. We're savvy enough to scratch those items out, but many people aren't. Funny thing, though ... they manage to reappear, while the drive-out price remains as agreed. Fun and games with numbers! We were paying cash, but had to transfer funds. This was a Saturday, so we offered to apply for financing in order to drive the vehicle out, paying it off when the transfer clears. The Finance Manager, Skeen Mathias, offered to let us take possession of the car that day, while providing a UPS overnight envelope, so that we could forward our check when the money became available. We were also informed that Tom Peacock will provide three bonus perks at no cost: key replacement, interior/exterior protection and collision deductible reimbursement (there are limits, of course). We were obviously more than pleased. Overall, Tom Peacock is a really good place to buy. Walter Dillard is a genuine sales professional, and will treat you as the intelligent and informed consumer you are ... but just watch out for the add-ins.

we love the car! being a Cadillac, I figured the fit and finish would be of better quality. driver door was out of line took back to dealer and they made it better, but not perfect. Little disappointed

I had a real good experience at Central Houston Cadillac. Kevin our Service Writer made everything a pleasant visit for my first oil change on my wife’s car. I went to the customer service waiting area and got a cup of coffee. Well, the cup of coffee was great. I had to wait for the coffee to cool down because it was extremely super hot. I had to use a second cup because I couldn’t hold the single cup of coffee, could have used a third cup. Finally when it did cooldown and was able to take a few sips, Kevin came in and said my car ready. It had been about an hour or so after I got there. I told him, that it was a quick service. Lol. I signed my receipt and was on my way back home. I just want to thank Kevin for a good pleasant service. But I didn’t get my free complimentary car washed, because it was raining the day I came in. Walter, my car salesman when I bought the car in January 2023, promised me we could get our car washed anytime, all I had to do was to drive in anytime and have the car washed. So, I’ll be in to have it washed sometime soon. Thanks.
