I gave up a 2018 Mercedes AMG GLEs Coupe, almost 600 HP and lots of great features; nearly $130,000 new. I traded for a 2024 Cadillac CT5-V, and my only regret is not doing it sooner. I love this thing, but realize I'm a sedan guy so that may influence my rating. The caddy is awesome, gorgeous exterior, great performance, great technology, and fun to drive. I got the upgraded interior so I don't have the complaints I've seen elsewhere on the interior quality. If you're like me and still prefer a gasoline performance car that gets decent mileage, I highly recommend this car. Love it!

Got my CT5 about 5 months ago...it is everything I expect from Cadillac. Love the interior and the exterior style reeks of class and performance! The police have flagged me down only to compliment the car! I'm a GM girl and they continue to make me proud. LOVE my CT5! :+)

Beautiful car as pictured. Needed a number of things addressed that you could not see in pictures. Manager was very persuasive about making sure all the things that needed attention would be addressed but I was concerned that there was more than I could see in a short drive and inspection. Would need some more time to make sure that the vehicle was as advertised. Just not comfortable completing purchase Still a beautiful vehicle, was very hard to not complete purchase.

This has got to be one of the favorite cars that i have purchased. All Black, White interior, CT5-V (non-Blackwing). There is ample power via all wheel drive to get out of its own way. Handling with the magnetic ride suspension is incredible, with it being a very comfortable highway ride, but put it into track mode and it really kicks xxx! The car is very solid, unlike other cheaper sedans i have had as rentals. Interior is nice, plenty of room, and very comfortable massaging seats. While this isn't the CTS-V with 600 HP, this is a great alternative for an everyday car, that can handle winter, but still give you a great thrill!

The experience was just extraordinary. I witnessed the switch from Bob Stallings to Clay Cooley in real time and it was a bit bumpy at first because not even the new phones were working but once they got things rolling this team was unbeatable. Really enjoy the CT4 purchased for the wife. Was looking for an entry level luxury car after driving mid size trucks for the past 20 years. Not to many bells and whistles to figure out the technology components are just basic and all I need for functionality. Could not be happier!

I have had this car for 3 years so far. I love it! The car itself is very lively and can speed up very quickly. It is a comfortable car to sit in and while it is small that is why I bought it. The leather seats are comfy, and the seat warmers work well. It is great on gas mileage, and I find it does not take above 50$ to fill up. I commute to work daily, and this car is reliable and fun. I have had issues with this car such as the transmission wire harness needing to be replaced and the rear axle dif leaking and needing to be replaced. I also had an engine crank shaft house crack and that caused my car to stall. Other than these few minor issues it has been great. The car has a decent entertainment system but sometimes the CUE system lags a little bit. The electronic readings on my fuel MPG and my fuel tank estimate are wrong usually but they are about correct to the true reading. I would buy this car again.

A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

My last 3 cars have been Cadillacs and it is probably the most underrated vehicle in existence. During these same periods we leased 2 BMWs and one Jaguar. None were better then the Cadillacs in any way. All of these cars spent time in the shop. The first BMW on this list spent months away from us because of a problem they could not figure out. Anyway, the Cadillacs had oil changes and a few flat tires. No shop time. The fist and third were 6 cylinders(which got no specific reason I preferred) and the other was a turbo 4. All delivered excellent performance and reasonable economy in the 22-25 MPG range. The electronics are intuitive, stereo is superior, handling and breaking excellent as is the handling. My leade expired and Cadillac doesn’t make a coupe anymore, so I bought the car. Not expecting any issues.

I recommend the 550T option. What a fun driver. The interior height is low if you have the sun roof option. The new colors are great as well.

I loved my CTS. I owned a 2014 CTS 3.6 AWD. In my opinion, the 2014-2019 body style was not only the best CTS body style, but one of the best looking sedans ever! The drive of this care was phenomenal. Though I was not racing or a professional racer with my CTS, the acceleration and handling was out of this world. I would hands down buy this car again!

The CT4 is a real driver's kind of car. It has great style and great performance. Having the Premium Luxury model is nice. The leather seating and cold weather package along with many other luxury items makes you feel special.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. I only drive about 1500 miles annually. Last year (2024) I bought two of these cars, identical except for interior and exterior colors. No mechanical issuers to date. But the car is too hi-tech for me. I have little knowledge about what many of the knobs, buttons, computer swipes, etc. actually do. The owners manual, which you can purchase for an additional $50 is over 450 pages, I have yet had the time to read it. It comes with a sun roof which I did not want, but had no choice but to get it. It is very complicated, I liked the less complicated cars of yesteryear much better.
