Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

2020 Cadillac XT5 review
I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

Got the XT5 Sport from Paul Conte Cadillac in Freeport, great dealership & great car. has nice power and handles well. reminds me of GMC Acadia Denali I used to have. drove the loaner 26 model for a couple of days, and it has much better electronics + heads up display.

2019 Cadillac XT4 review
I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…

2007 Cadillac Escalade review
I have over 250,000 miles on it, always used synthetic oil, doesn't burn a drop. Is gas hungry 12-13 MPG but in Texas we have some roads with no speed limit. When I cruse at 90mph, I get 17-18MPG!!!!! Looking for another Used Escalade to replace my 1999 Chevy Tahoe that has 387,000 miles on it !!! GM has the best SUV's made!!

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

2021 Cadillac XT5 review
Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

2018 Cadillac XT5 review
Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

2023 Cadillac XT4 review
My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.
2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
I’ve driven my 2024 Lyric Sport 3 since May 2024. I get stopped at traffic lights and in parking lots by people asking about it and telling me how beautiful it is. It had some technical difficulties, but nothing that wasn’t overcome with simple settings changes or software updates. It’s not as fast off the line as my 2023 Mustang Mach-E GT was, but the smooth ride and more reliable tech makes it worthwhile. It’s the most beautiful and technologically advanced cars I’ve ever driven, and I love it.

2018 Cadillac XT5 review
We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

2020 Cadillac Escalade ESV review
Excellent mechanical upgrade from earlier series. Handles like a vehicle half its size with great transmission and suspension. Great ride quality and overall handling. Reliable thus far - 40K miles on it with one issue needed warranty replacement (starter motor). Unfortunately, the vehicle's overall ownership experience is marred by their utterly terrible CUE system. it is called "Cadillac User Experience" when it should be called "Cadillac User Exasperation". The system and touchscreen are about a clumsy as you can get - seems as if they were designed by engineers who never actually used their own creation. The CUE fails on several levels - the touch screen is overly sensitive and non-responsive at the same time (yes, we did run the "calibrate" function several times..did not help). Second, the system fails the "reasonable user test"; you cannot fully use front/rear controls, traffic controls, vehicle controls without referring continuously to the manual (there is a separate one for CUE - a real joke). Basic functions work ok..once you try to do something slightly non-stardard whoa be unto you.... Third, the navigation system is frozen in the mid 2010's....the traffic calculation for trip time is plain wrong (yes, the XM traffic information source is connected)....this is supposed to be a top-of-the line Cadillac in 2020!! to hire someone from Audi/BMW or somewhere else to show you how to do it...simply inexcusable for a "best effort" vehicle from GM in 2020 model year, let alone 2023! Lastly, the front seats have more adjustments/controls than you can count, yet the seat are uncomfortable over long distances - (yes, a separate indecipherable manual!)...also with the seats, the heat/cooling ventilation is less effective the the first Escalade we owned (a 2007 model)....way to go Cadillac. A very good vehicle that should be MUCH better given its cost and supposed statement of the BEST that GM can do for its vehicle type...FYI..we did have the premium version...

I purchased a 2025 Ct4 Luxury from Delaware Cadillac in July 2025. I noticed some inconsistencies in the paint on the passenger rear quarter panel and the rear parking sensors were working intermittently. I contacted Tony in the service department, and she checked the problems I had. She scheduled an appointment with the paint service and had the parking sensors checked. The day I came in for the scheduled service, Mike checked my Ct4 again to make sure he saw the problems too be corrected. I was given a Ct4 to drive while the work was being done on my vehicle, this was helpful because its the same car and I did not have to figure anything out. Mike called and told me that the paint was worked on but he did not think it was any better than I had done with the touch up and the parking sensors were checked and seemed to be as they were supposed to be. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was very happy with the paint work and the vehicle was clean as I left it. It is important to me that some one knows that I am very satisfied with the way this issue was handled . I want give kudos to Dane Tjaden for sales, Mike Anderson and Toni Spille for service. However, when I picked up my vehicle, I was genuinely pleased with the paint work—it looked much better than I anticipated. The vehicle was also returned to me clean and in great condition, exactly as I had left it. I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent customer service I received. It’s important to me that someone knows how satisfied I am with how this situation was handled. I’d like to especially recognize Dane Tjaden in sales, and both Mike Anderson and Toni Spille in service. Their professionalism, transparency, and care made all the difference. Thank you again. 2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. Very responsive and comfortable car. You feel on top of the world. The features are great. The car rides as if it knows what you want to do. The massage chair is so worth it when you are in traffic or have long commute. This car is made for people who enjoy luxury but don’t want to pay for the high gas.

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!
2017 Cadillac Escalade review
I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!
