This 2012 Cadillac Escalade Premium 4x4 is a must drive. If you don't own one you really should. I love the power of this Escalade and I love the feel of driving it. Handles very well on highway and turning ration is good.
What else is there to say? I recommend McElwain's to all my friends and family, for new cars, used cars, repairs. They're almost too good to be true!

I love this car! It is stylish, has great performance and drives so smooth! We recently took a long road-trip and had no issues with staying comfortable. Since this car is AWD, the gas mileage isn't the absolute best in the city, but it does well for the highway. The interior is nicely designed and I love the heated leather seats!
McElwain is the best car dealer and service department.

The car has some nice features but our experience with the dealership and the expensive repairs we incurred not long after our purchase made this deal one to regret. The car doesn't ride like any Cadillac I've ever been in, it rides pretty rough even after $600 wheel bearing replacement. The viewing area from the driver's seat is impaired by the design of the car. The borders of the windshield are very wide causing the driver to have to lean forward and backward to ensure nothing is approaching from either direction. Another notable issue is the very dim headlights on low beam. The area viewing ahead of the car is limited at night unless your high beams are left on. The dealership mentioned that the repair costs are excessive which is why they didn't even offer extended warranty. Of course, this was after we had signed most of the papers but even then, I thought the likelihood we would have repairs in the near future would be minimal due to the brand name and the fact that it was only six years old.

The performance is great and it has all of the extras that I could want like Bluetooth and Android Auto, Intellibeam headlights, Heads Up Display, Lane Keeping Assist, SiriusXM, heated seats and steering wheel, and much more. Decent mileage for the great acceleration and power.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Very comfortable ride. Love the height from the ground. Only downside are the headlights, the low beams are completely inadequate. The high beams are great.
This is my second vehicle purchased here, the first Chevy Cruze was for myself, the second one was for my daughter. We love the Chevy Cruze, love the service at Baierl, everyone is always so friendly, helpful and nice. Always a good experience.

This is the fourth Cadillac I’ve owned & I’ve been pleased with every one! Comfortable & dependable ride. I intend to buy another in a couple of years.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I bought an off-lease 2017 with 36k miles. I've driven it for a couple of months and love it so far. The auto stop/start takes a little getting used to, and if I'm going through a drive thru I sometimes pull it down into Manual just so it doesn't stop and start so many times.
The exterior styling turns heads, and the interior is very luxurious and comfortable. It's a true pleasure to drive, and the automatic braking has already prevented a possible collision in a parking lot. The lane keep assist is also a great feature, especially if you are someone who gets sleepy driving.

Have owned Equinox LTZ, Equinox Premier and this is a few notches above for sure. A lot of creature comforts, as well as safety features that are simply automatic and comforting. Feels solid, is quiet and has enough power.
Had a wonderful experience at LW. When I asked Zach if the car had any mechanical issues, he said "we stand behind our cars", and LW did not disappoint. I highly recommend, and will consider a future car purchase at this locally owned dealership.
Love the car and up to now been reliable.

Had other Cadillacs and always enjoyed the ride and comfort all were reliable and as I bought them used gave very good value for money. This XTS continues on and is very comfortable, the CUE control with radio, temp, and other accessories seems overly complicated and I‘d prefer a simpler system.
Can’t say enough about the guys at LW Automotive. Was hands down the best car buying experience we’ve had and I have been known to buy a lot of cars. I purchased a specialty car from these guys and they were not pushy at all. It was a vehicle I saw driving past the lot. I stopped by a total of 4 times. Jeff did not seem to care one bit. I was not planning on buying the car but the last time I stopped Jeff told me a price that I could not pass up. Later on that day I had the wife take me up to pick it up. The car I purchased was a 1965 ac cobra kit. I always wanted one but never planned on buying. The overall dealings with Jeff and the fair price was why I purchased it. They were not pushy at all. This is what the car business should be like. Hope there are more places like lw auto. I will be back again for another car. Thanks guy RickJ65ac

The car is very comfortable yet it handles like a sport's car. The Caddy XTS has a lot of pep and is definitely low maintence, and it uses regular gas. It's an excellent luxury car!
After visiting a few dealers and test driving some cars, we settled in at #1 Cochran Kia of Robinson which made us feel at home. From the very beginning, Ron Gardner and his associate Patti made us feel at home. Their knowledge of the vehicles was impressive. Both went out of their way to work with us on getting a car that met out needs and stay within our budget. Ron was very clear in presenting all available incentives that were being offered and even went a step beyond in getting us the price we were willing to pay. We ended up leasing a Cadenza that is just beautiful in all aspects from styling to performance and loaded options. This car buying experience was the best I've had in many years. I bought my 2010 Cadillac SRX used in 2016. I’ve been driving it going on 3 years now and it has 89,000 miles on it. The only problem I’ve had with it is the radio screen quit working so I drove it to the dealership where it then died. Replaced the battery but then has to pay several hundred to “reprogram” the technology so the radio would work again. This was a cost that was not expected and too much. My only complaint is that it may be nice to have high end technology in your vehicle, but it’s expensive to fix should something go wrong.
We take our van there after many years of us going to our dealership we realized that car sense is a reliable and trustworthy company who are honest and have fair prices. We highly recommend this dealership.
