Willowbrook Ford KiaReviews
Willowbrook Ford Kia review
I was looking for a specific 2027 Kia Carnival Hybrid EX, and Trajce kept my preferred vehicle in mind. As soon as one came in, he contacted me right away and made the entire process quick and seamless. I had visited several dealerships, including ones in Gerald and Schaumburg, but Trajce and his dealership were the only ones who offered me an amazing price. I truly appreciate how attentive, honest, and helpful he was throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be going back to Trajce for my second Kia as well. Thank you so much, Trajce, for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable!

Chicago Cars USReviews
Chicago Cars US review
Arturo and his manager Chris did amazing! Arturo was very communicative thru the whole process! They got me into my car when I didn’t think it would happen, and for an amazing price! Will definitely be coming back for my company cars! Got home and the next day I noticed the panoramic sun roof cover was tore down the whole passenger side. Told me the worst damage was some dents in the side door at the dealership though. Asked them about fixing it and they give me a run around and ultimately charging me to fix it.. on top of that it needs two if not four new tires, which I was cool with when I got it, knowing used cars aren’t perfect. On top of the sun roof tear and tires, the breaks are screaming 3 weeks later, oil change needs done, air conditioning barely working. I’ve bought a lot of used cars and never had to put money into them a month into buying a car. Let alone this much money… definitely disappointed EDIT: Chris called me and we worked it out. They did fix the breaks, oil change, and even the rotors to be safe. Overall I’m happy with the service they provided and the car I bought. I appreciate them meeting me in the middle and doing what they could, without costing them too much money. (I have a business so I get it, and again, it’s a used car I know it won’t be perfect.) Overall I appreciate all the guys here, I would still come back and get another car from them!!!

This vehicle met my needs. I needed a vehicle that I could get my Labradoodle in easy and it is. You can even takes the back seats out to make more room. I do wish that it got better gas mileage.

Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Keep up the great work Jamie and Bettenhausen!

I can’t express enough how truly grateful I am for Ahmed at Auto House in Downers Grove, Illinois! From the moment I started having issues with my first car, Ahmed showed incredible kindness, patience, and dedication. He didn’t just help — he genuinely cared about making things right and ensuring I was happy. He went the extra mile to get me into a beautiful BMW that I absolutely love, and made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel effortless and positive. It’s rare to find someone so honest, professional, and compassionate in the car business. Thank you, Ahmed, for treating me like family and turning a challenge into such a wonderful experience. I’m forever grateful and will always recommend you to everyone I know! 🙏🚘💙

Castle Chevrolet North review
Mark (my service advisor) takes care of me every time I come in for service with my work truck. I’m looking at a new Tahoe for a later next year purchase. Highly recommended.

Baha Auto Group review
I found some cars on their cars.com listing and called them about a few I had in mind. They were quick to send me videos and give me the breakdown of numbers. They definately were worth the trip. When I got there the financing terms were superb, almost identical to my own credit union. I couldn’t be happier

Packey Webb Ford review
My experience buying my 2026 Escape ST Line Select at Packey Webb Ford was outstanding! I am happy with the selections, colors & transparent pricing for my purchase. Over many years I have purchased vehicles from Packey Webb Ford-always professional, friendly & no pressure experience. That is the reason I keep going back to this great Ford dealership! Charles Franz is a great sales consultant. He is professional, detail oriented, listens to the customer & very knowledgable! He was honest & transparent, making a Great Sales Experience for me! Clearly Packey Webb Ford and their staff set the bar high across the board, for a great customer experience! To me, Simply the Best Ford dealership!
2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

The sales folks at Mercedes-Benz of Chicago were very responsive and helpful in providing information about our new car. They also checked in periodically to make sure that we were not having any issues figuring out how to operate our new car.

Honestly I have nothing but good things to say. I purchased my brand new Ram from here and it was the best experience I ever had. It was pretty far from where I live but decided to make the drive, and let me tell you it was worth it. The service and hospitality is literally unmatched. I will definitely buy my next car from here. Thank you to the Carmi Ram team. You where amazing
