We purchased a truck in Jan 25 and on the way to bring it home we encountered some issues with the truck, error codes and other issues making it undrivable once we arrived home. The entire group at Family including the owner worked very hard to make it right and was able to fix the issues. They transported the truck back to the dealership and worked with their mechanical group to fix the issue. No one was more valuable in the process than Terry with NextGen Automotive. Terry went above and beyond in this very long process. He was so professional and worked tirelessly until he and his team were able to find and fix the issue. Terry kept us up to date and still reached out even when the news he had was not so favorable. Terry also transported the vehicle back to us in a different state once it was finally operational. Terry is without a doubt the only reason things went so well in this ordeal. He is a true asset to both organizations. We appreciate all that Terry did for us and we truly value Family Truck and Vans for standing behind their vehicles. This was a very unique and unfortunate event for all involved, but their commitment and integrity will have us returning again.

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

This truck is great, especially if you're doing a lot of driving! It's comfortable and has all the features that a normal car would, but it's a work truck!

Recently bought a used car here ~ I went to get the car's emissions test done right after I drove it off the lot & it failed the emissions test due to the check engine light suddenly coming on. I took the car back ~ they identified the problem. They said, "We WILL fix this." Not only did they order a new part for the car ~ THEY took the car for the emissions test ~ they loaned me a car to get back & forth to work. My car passed the emissions test straightaway ~ and they had my car ready for me to pick up LESS than 24 hours from the beginning of of this issue. Ralph & his crew are truly AMAZING! If you're in the market for a car ~ please check this place out! You won't regret it!

I was very pleased with the vehicle I was able to purchase at Grand Valley Auto Lakewood! I had less than perfect credit after being left carless in my divorce. My boyfriend and had been looking for a used truck all over Denver until we came across the perfect match at Boulder Dodge in Boulder. We showed up and were immediately greeted by James. James was kind and personable and helped us so quickly we were test driving the truck in under 15 minutes of pulling up. We already knew it was the truck we wanted and James got the ball rolling quickly. In the past buying a car has always been an all day ordeal, but this dealership made it (relatively) quick and easy! And even gave us a fair deal for our trade in. The gentleman we worked with in the financing department was also very personable and made the process a good, memorable experience.
