Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Good vehicle for my electrical business but having transmission issues not Shifting in automatic but ok in manual mode. Goes up to 30 mph then won't shift to next gear have to use manual mode

Hi had an excellent experience with my recent purchase fro Grieco Ford. I found the car I wanted online, but was a bit apprehensive since the dealer was out of State and far away. But, made the trip and went forward with the purchase. The car was delivered to my home in RI. But, soon after i drove it there were a few things that needed repair. I contacted my sales agent (Chris Colucci) with concerns that I my request might be rejected, but was pleasantly informed that all my concerns would be addressed. Fran’s was the salesman I had. Very knowledgeable & polite. Showed me the car I inquired about and offered info about new cars. Answered all my questions but was not pushy. Bob, his manager introduced himself & asked if all my questions were answered, which they were. Bob asked if I had ever considered leasing. I had not. At the end of the day we struck a deal for a lease that worked very nicely for me and got me into a new car. I got pre approval and am looking forward to the arrival of my new Subaru Forester. I will recommend Anchor Auto whenever someone is looking.

A little top heavy but very spacious and comfortable on the inside. It is much nicer than some other 12 passenger vans. Fits its our family needs

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive
